After looking up their number and returning the call, I was told the manager only works until noon. I called the next day and connected with the manager who promptly told me she had a customer (I guess I am not one!), that she would have to call me back and hung up on me! Need I say that I've yet to receive a callback? Well, Mr. Douglas Berry, CONGRATULATION ON BEING SUCH A SUCCESS THAT YOU CAN AFFORD TO BLOW OFF CUSTOMERS! I hope the owner will learn that she must stand behind her work when they do something wrong. I did need to change locations because they closed the location closest to my house but this location isn't too far out of the way and the service is wonderful and the price is great. This location has very friendly staff and quick turnaround times and I've never had any issues with order accuracy. If you're looking for a good drycleaner in the area, I recommend you give Martino's a try!

They even use ozone laundry treatment, leaving your clothes sanitized and smelling great. I did have an issue with one of the washing machines, so I called the help line. The customer services was impeccable and they quickly moved me to a new washer to solve the issue. Highly recommend this laundry service if you are in the area.
