Had my car worked on here very simple and basic fix ... O ring for fuel injector put back very quick and simple fix ... they never put my quick connect for fuel line on ! Later that night my car broke down due to the fuel quick connect it was disconnected at 1 am leaving me stranded and costing me a tow $ on my expense ..not to mention my car leaked about Gallon or so of fuel the smell lingered for weeks of raw fuel... ....Accidents happen but when working on cars you must be professional and certain the vehicle is road worthy when completing a mechanical repair You should always inspect / investigate/ confirm / the vehicle before returning it to the customer ! read more

Service that sets them apart. That is what I think of when I recall my experiences with Martino's & the team of staff that work there. As someone who used to go to the dealership and frequently get "hosed" on service, there were always 4 people that you needed to speak to before you actually can talk to the tech that worked on your vehicle. At Martino's if for some reason Sarah can't answer a question(which would be rare, she is VERY knowledgeable) its seconds before you speak to the technician that worked on your vehicle. They know how to tell you what needs to be done now, and what can maybe wait until your next oil change, This is NOT a practice done at dealerships. I am happy to say I found a small local business that I can trust & will never go back to the dealership again. read more

There is a common denominator there: her. I've been in the shop when a truly repellant customer was haranguing the staff (at both my drop off and again when I went to pick up!). I've never seen more professional and calm people in the face of crazy. I cannot imagine she posted this review correctly. Rip off shop. Quoted 400 more then dealer, and tried the replace parts that were not faulty. Consistently up selling destroyed my trust in this shop. Brand new filters that are mysteriously bad, 7 dollar parts that take 2 minutes to change are charged at $90. In 10 years I spent $20k+ at this shop, but they will never see another dime from me. read more

Simply the best, most honest, most communicative independent repair garage I've ever experienced. I went to these guys originally on the recommendation of another shop that does not have the equipment to align my car, and wow, these guys are the best. Details of my experience follow, but suffice to say, I would highly recommend these folks. I had them perform a pre-trip inspection on my car to see whether the car was going to fall apart on our family vacation next week. This kind of request is just asking for trouble at many independent shops I've worked with in the past. Essentially a blank check to come up with repair items whether they are necessary or not. I have many stories of these kind of experiences in the past, I will spare are you those details. At the end of the day after dropping off my car I received a detailed document as a PDF in my email outlining every item they found less than perfect on my car. For each item it was a recommended as to whether it should be repaired now, noted for the future, or just something to keep my eye on. Every item cited was accompanied with a photograph of the issue. They also included photographs of the tire depth measured and how much meat was left on the brakes. I have never received such complete and useful detail from a car service. The actual work they performed on the car has been perfect, and I definitely would use them again. read more

The garage is clean, professional and they do excellent work. This time we only needed an inspection and tires rotated. Next time we will need new tires, filter changes and whatever the future holds. I trust these folks - and they've always been there to help me out in a pinch - like this week, when the storm debris flattened one of my tires - and I was overdue for maintenance so they took care of that too. I've had them check out work I've had to have done by other shops because of insurance or recall stuff because I know that if there's a problem, or there's NOT a problem, they'll tell me. Run from this place. I brought my car in to check why the heater wouldn't go on and was quoted a flat diagnostic fee. They informed me the diagnostic fee was now significantly more due to it taking longer to diagnose. I commented most places are a flat fee. The response was Mercedes charges diagnostic fees by the hour and so do all dealers. I called three local places all stated all charge flat fees which I informed her of this. Next in addition to the fee of about now $200, they stated the part needed to fix was $600= $800. They told me they were "mostly certain" it needed a complete fusebox replaced to repair the heating system. $800 dollars and not 100% certain? I then took to dealer it was a $30 part and $100 to put in. Problem fixed. Don't waste your time. The female manager must work on commission. read more

These guys are the best! Extremely kind, helpful and honest. I know nothing about cars, and they were very patient explaining everything to me, and were very clear. They send you an email explaining in detail the services you need, and they attach pictures with explanations. It was a huge help!! I cannot say enough good things about Martino's. I have nothing buy good things to say about my first experience with Martino's. Needed to get on the schedule for state inspection--Sara did a great job taking care of that. Was able to drop it off the night before and Dan called the next morning saying inspection was good and gave some sound counsel on filters that were nearing replacement and also gave a recommendation on new tires. Bottom line is this is an outfit that just inspires confidence. You just get a good vibe from Dan and the rest of the crew. I'm grateful i found them and i'll be back. read more

I can't say enough great things about Martino's. On a recommendation from a coworker I went here to get my muffler fixed last year, and I have not gone to anyone else since. Whenever I call, they know me by name and are just so polite. They are always able to fit me in during the week with no problem.
