I reached out to them for a refund on the part, labor, or both given that most shops have a warranty on both of these things. After calling them multiple times, they finally gave me a small refund on the thermostat, nothing close to what they charged me for it. But they gave me a hard time and didn't refund me on anything else. I am extremely dissatisfied with their work and would not recommend it to anyone.
