Insurance agent contacted me two weeks later stating they haven't touched it and didn't plan to for another week. Thanks for letting me know DP! Guess I'll pay out of pocket for two weeks of rental because you can't make a 30 second phone call. Originally they said 19-25 business days for repair. That's fair, big job. Stated it would be done May 5th after starting late. Then... they said it will be done end of next week. Then it was Friday is gonna be hard but it'll be done early next week. Heard that 4 more times and the vehicle still wasn't done. Had it over two months before they completed it. 50 business days total. After ALL that, VISIBLE ISSUES with the truck when I went to pick it up. They knew about the problems. They were just hoping I didn't notice.

I needed to have the rear bumper secured enough to get me home safely. Marty took my car into the shop immediately and not only repaired the loose bumper, took the tire off to fix the mudflap. Before sending me on my way, he checked all fluids, added oil, called the Subaru dealer in Salt Lake to get requirements for coolant, and cleaned my windows, even using a razor blade to scrape off some pine pitch.
