We have been taking our automobiles to Martins since 1991. Thats right 22 years. What a wonderfully run family business. If your looking to eliminate the nightmares of dealership prices, long waits to have your car assessed, and ethical uncertainty then Martins is your answer. We have owned european cars (porsche and jags) throughout the years and have taken EVERY problem to Martins and without fail they have come through. Fantastic experience - twice. I am so skeptical of auto repair places and they have won me over. Both times they called with a quote and educated me why. The last time, I worked with Cory who called and gave me step by step options - the cost with a new part vs used part, what he recommended. He didn't try to sell me more than what needed to be done (I asked them to check my breaks - and came back with they were fine - when he could have convinced me they needed to be replaced as well). And, they were quick which is always important when you are without your car! read more

Martins Auto is the place I take all of my vehicles. Doug is honest and priced right. I have been going to him for the last 5 years. One of the times I took my vehicle in for a timing belt and was ready to pay the price for the service, I was surprised when he called me and told me that I did not need it since he had done it on the car a couple of years ago and I had not logged it in my car book. He didn't charge me a penny but could have easily done the service and charged me again for a belt I didn't need. How honest could an auto service be?
