It's the small shop just up from Story Hill BKC on the corner of W Bluemound and N Hawley in the Story Hill neighborhood. This is my new mechanic. Hands down solid and all-around great service. Let's start with what they do that I really appreciate. They take your car into their shop and give you a full-blown report of vehicle condition and then vehicle triage report. You can tell what needs immediate attention to what could wait, and you can then decide how you want them to handle repairs. This report is downloadable so you can store it and keep it on digital file. So far in my book that's a win. Next on to the repairs. Despite needing quite a bit of work, Greitens was honest and reasonably priced. I really don't think I could ask for much more coming to this shop for the first time. Our 2013 Edge has about 100K miles on it and was long overdue from some TLC. We brought it here and they gave it the full treatment it needed and now it's back and ready to run another 100K miles. I'll be bringing our other car for service come the time that's for sure. Easy to drop off with an appointment and easy to pickup when they called to let me know repairs were done. I would NEVER go to the dealer when I have a shop of this caliber. Great mechanics hands down at Greitens!

They did pressure test, charged us 134$, told us that there is coolant leak (which we knew as it was reason why we came there), based on "color" of coolant they determined that "stop leak" product was used (and I did not use such product), and based on that said they can not fix it as it "may leak again". Idiotic experience. Second issue was broken CV joint boot. They looked up part, stated it is 2000$ and will take 1 month to get here from Germany. Yet US Audi sells this for 831$ with 2-4 day shipping. Moral of this: you will get charged for "inspection" and they do not want or plan to fix anything. Other that oil change or tire change, I would stay away from this place!

He has fixed my 2015 truck, that I'm very attached to, given advice on it, done extensive troubleshooting and found a problem instead of charged me 5K. Got out the car and didn't see a flat and my tire pressure light was not on. This flapping sound became a little louder the closer I got to her drop off point and now I'm nervous. Checked again no flat so after I dropped my passenger off I went to my job blocks away to grab my laptop and contact someone for a ride as I still don't see what's going on. I called my friend about it and she advised to contact Luckey's because she was told from a friend of hers they are super reasonable and to have them inspect the issue. I called them to explain the issue they informed me that they can take a look in the morning as they are closing in 45 minutes. I safely got my car up there and they gave me a call the very next morning around 8:15 and informed me they were able to locate the issue right away. I had a long bolt of some sort in the tire and the sound I was hearing was this little bugger rubbing against the tire well. They were able to get the tired replaced with a new and got my car that same day! Not only was Kurt and Bryan professional and kind, they were able to save me a little money with my issue. A new tire, labor and tax it came to $125 and you can't beat that with a stick. Because of their price and service, I have a new go to for my car needs and love the fact they're local. The replacement took less than ten minutes once they had the tire available a few hours after I came in to have the tire checked. Make sure to plan ahead when getting your car taken in for other car stuff, you would plan to leave the car for the day so plan for transportation if you need to be elsewhere.
