Since I live in a rural area I only needed to send pictures of my floors and measure the rooms. I tried to get another estimate from a competitor (Dion's) and twice I waited home all day and they never showed up. They said they couldn't find my house but they never even called! The installation of my carpet was superb. The quality of the carpet was also fabulous. The issue I had was after the installation, the owner Gabe changed the price he quoted me. I was quoted $386 and I told him I would dispose of the old carpet. Why did I end up paying $180 and $220??? I was told that taking up the carpet was not included. That was never explained to me over the phone. Yes, it was a few dollars, but that is not the point. It is the principle. Professionalism is what I expected from beginning to end. I had contracted happy coatings to do my garage floor back in May. The forecast predicted rain so I offered to reschedule if they thought is was a problem. They said it wasn't, but due the rain they were not able to do the apron that day. They said they would come back to finish, but after repeated attempts to contact to reschedule I have yet to get a response. In addition to the unfinished work there is extra product that wasn't spread out probably which pooled together and dried. All and all not a great experience. If you decide to use this company make sure not to pay the invoice until the work is finished as it is you only bargaining chip.

I had issues I wanted to discuss with anyone else from this business but no one would respond. I have many areas of my wood floors that feel like sandpaper, lousy job of vacuuming up the dust. One of my rooms had a dark spot "just appear", Shane was an idiot trying to explain it. The crew did do a good job at replacing the wood pieces that had the stain. I had other contractors that saw my picture of the spot and all three felt something was spilled on it. Sorry to say I would not use this company again unless the father was involved. Very disappointed.
