Why did they accept 50%. I can't get my floors done until 100% is paid. I refuse to pay until job is completed. They have over $850.00 of my money and won't do job. I want the job done or my money refunded. Manager accepted 50% down to do job and balance payable on completion. Why did he say he wanted 50% down. I paid in good faith.
