Good friends help their friends get boob jobs. I helped my friend have a breast enlargement at this facility. She needed someone to drive her after her surgery. I was the friend she asked. Plastic surgery is a delicate subject for me, but I wanted to provide her support. She was very excited and nervous. Parking is very limited. The staff was very helpful in informing us where to park and how the procedure would go. Everyone wore masks. The waiting area was closed down. The bathrooms were nice, stylish, and clean. I waited in the car as she had her procedure. I was given a call after an hour and a half. After her surgery, she felt great and no pain. She was helped into the car and given an appointment for her check up. She was very happy with the results. I noticed she opted for a very natural enhancement- 36 C. The ideal breast size. She also got the gummy bear method and teardrop shape. Personally, I liked her small natural and original size. I am happy that she was very satisfied and got those babies insured though. I recently visited for a BBL consultation, everyone was extremely nice and friendly on the staff. My Dissatisfaction lies in the payment options. It was 8250 if I wanted to finance it and 7500 if I paid cash. So I had applied with CareCredit and got approved for 4,000, so my thought was oh okay great, I'll just pay half in credit and the rest in cash. I called to see if I did that if I would have to pay the cash or finance price, they informed me that they do not allow you to split it up it's either all financed or all cash. I have had plastic surgery before and I feel that as long as you are getting your money for the surgery why can I not split it. So unfortunately I will be seeking services elsewhere. read more

I had a lipo360 and lipo on my chest area done. I went back 5 months after my procedure and Dr. Marvel agreed that way to much was taken from my left chest area and that it needed to be fixed. It literally looks like I have a trench in the middle of my left chest area. I also have a huge line in my lower right abdomen area (from by belly button to my side). From where to much was taken out and looks like a trench also. On the left side of my belly button nothing was taken out at all. It is extremely noticeable that the left side of my belly button sticks out way more then the right side. If you look down my from the top of my stomach to my belt line it literally looks like a bumpy road that goes to the right, from where all of the suction took place incorrectly and not professionally AT ALL. After all of this is noticed by Dr. Marvel he told me that everything might settle more and flatten out in the next couple of months. HOWEVER HE DID AGREE THAT IT DID LOOK REALLY BAD AND WILL PROBABLY NEED TO BE FIXED!!! I came back 7 months later ( a year from my procedure). Nothing flattened out nor shifted around to look better AT ALL. Dr. Marvel looked at the areas that was liposuctioned and stated that considering that since I was "smaller" and not as big as I was before, that my appearance was improved and their job was complete. Regardless of how bad I looked and the trenches in my belly and chest area were and how un proportioned my torso looked there was nothing that he could do. He then showed me my disclaimer ( that everyone must sign before the operation is performed). As long as he feels that a improvement was made because of the procedure that MARVEL COSMETICS ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANYTHING ELSE THAT HAPPENS DURING OR AFTER THE PROCEDURE. The thing that really insulted me was after all of this he told me that he could fix everything that needed to be fixed "AS LONG AS I PAID FULL PRICE". I can't even begin to express my gratitude for such a skilled surgeon! Every procedure I have had done by him is more than I even imagined my body could be! I had a tummy tuck by another surgeon 4 years prior to meeting with Dr Marvel that left "dog ears" (extra hanging skin), went back and paid to have him "fix" them, which did not fix the problem. Dr Marvel and Dr Ingram FIXED my issues from another surgeon beautifully. I would NEVER use another surgeon and already have another procedure scheduled. First I want to preface with by saying the staff and Dr. Ingram are all very nice and personable which is why I gave 2 stars...now for the part I'm unhappy with...I have never had any cosmetic work, but I was going to be 60 and I was always self conscious of my chin(s)‍ So I originally had a lower neck and double chin tightening on May 16, 2019 with 2 months everything fell and sagged again...after Dr. Ingram assessed it he said he probably didn't pull back and remove as much skin as he should have. So I had to wait until November to have the next surgery. He decided as a repair to do a T shaped incision and tighten that area again under my chin and on my neck...it's now been 7 months and I have puckering and what feels like little pebbles along my incisions. I was instructed to do massage and wear my head gear and I did but none of that helped. I didn't go back after my 3rd month checkup, bc I was so disappointed and frustrated that of aaaallllll the people that get cosmetic surgery I had to have 2 disasters, the last being a botch job to me, and honestly I didn't want any more "work" from there. I'm not someone to ever leave a bad review but if people only hear the great reviews and have something like or similar to what I experienced, then I wouldn't feel good about NOT leaving a review. read more

When I went in for my BA, we talked about my issue with tuberous breast deformity. He said all I needed were implants and it would correct the issue (the shape and sagginess). I talked to him for five minutes during my consult and it felt so rushed. Since I was anxious to get them done and had no childcare for my kids at the time since it was summer, I agreed and went with him. A few months after my BA, my breasts settled and I had a larger version of the tuberous breast deformity which are long saggy cones since I just had implants put in per Dr. Marvel's surgery plan and the shape was never fixed. When I went back and told him how unhappy I was about the asymmetrical size and shape and always have to wear a bra to disguise it I was told to wear a bra every day then. When I told him how I researched and with my breast deformity, I in fact needed a lift, he told me that they only do anchor lifts at that facility and they leave such awful scars that I'd hate my breasts more since scars are so terrible looking (I mean really what plastic surgeon says that to a patient who is already feeling vulnerable?). He also said "atleast they don't look as bad as they were before" and "atleast you have a good cleavage now" (mind you my breasts are cones and my nipples look opposite ways but hey atleast the implants gave me cleavage right ). He even said "think of the asymmetry as having natural breasts which aren't always symmetrical". I left feeling so violated and taken advantage of. When I brought my concerns to him, he acted as though I was crazy and also told me "it's all in my head" even though the sentence before that he said he'd fix it for another $8,600 with "horrible scars that are ugly". I think he was just trying to talk me out of a lift at this point even though it's needed. I now have to pay for another surgery to correct his negligence that I'll again have to pull a loan out for. I am still paying this one off but after nursing two children and being born with deformed breasts and still having deformed breasts but now on a larger scale, it makes me still very self conscious about my breasts. My new surgeon was so caring and actually listened to my thoughts and even asked for my goal photos. It's sad that I have to pay for another surgery to correct what he's done but with me saying that, stay away! Don't be like me having to pay another surgeon to correct what Marvel did costing another thousands. Go to someone who will actually listen and not act pompous after the fact and brush off your concerns because he's already gotten your money. If you look at the other one star reviews you'll see I'm not the only one who got treated this way. There's a trend. read more

I got lip fillers done by Taylor. She was sweet and I loved her. However about 6 weeks after the fillers my lips swelled and became very painful. She told me this was due to drinking water which didn't make much sense, but I said okay and left it at that. However now 9 weeks out from fillers they are COMPLETELY dissolved and are the exact same size as before she filled them. Wasted $400 and don't recommend even though the girl was nice. read more

This is the first review I have ever written for any type of business. For the amount of money spent and my awful experience, I hope this saves someone from going here and having the same experience. This place had the absolute worst bedside manner I have ever encountered. The entire process was very impersonal. From the nurses to the doctor(Except one nurse). The few times Dr. Marvel actually came in the room he was very short and rude. I went in with a post op concern and he barely listened when I spoke, he talked over me, and then said "well maybe I just shouldnt have taken you on as a patient". He obviously he cant take any kind of criticism or gets very snippy whenever he is questioned. Felt like just another number and dollar sign. Walking out of that appointment the nurse said me atleast your breasts look good in a bra.. I didnt pay thousands of dollars for them to just look good in a bra. I was so excited to do this for myself and Dr. Marvel ruined the excitment for me. I didnt even get the results I wanted. I had contemplated a breast augmentation procedure for quite a while. A friend of mine referred me to Marvel Cosmetics. Despite being incredibly nervous during my consultation, Dr. Ingram and Morgan put my nerves to ease. They were both very thorough with what the procedure would entail and answered any questions I had. I had always heard that I needed to "stand my ground" when it came to what size implants I thought would be best for me. However, Dr. Ingram never pressured me into sizing up. He helped me figure out the perfect size/fit for my figure. The procedure went extremely well and it was even nice to have a call from Dr. Ingram himself later that day to check in on me. I have had no issues with recovery and was just recently cleared to resume all activity. I truly have felt like my well-being was put first as a patient. I have already recommended Dr. Ingram to colleagues and friends. The only reason I did not give Marvel Cosmetics a five star rating is due to one of their office assistants. I had an issue with previous implants, one implant/breast bubbled. I was seen by Dr. Marvel for a consultation and was told that he could correct the issue. I paid in full, scheduled, and went through with surgery. The new implants plants placed by Dr Marvel look worse than the original implants. He put me off for a year saying the implant would settle. It has been two years and it has only gotten worse, he refuses to fix the issue. He clearly over shot his expertise and his word means nothing. read more

If you've been wanting to get rid of your wrinkly neck, don't hesitate any longer. Dr. Marvel and his staff are tops. I liked the way his work looked so natural after surgery. Rested, younger looking but not extreme in any way. He's a pro and has all the necessary credentials plus he's soft spoken and kind. His staff support knows their stuff too...always friendly and supportive. I don't think you could do better. It'll take time to heal but you'll be happy to look in the mirror again.
