I went to Cool Springs plastic surgery because I knew John Moore and his reputation very well. I needed a breast reduction with replacement of implants. Instead of going to Dr. Moore, because of our relationship,I chose to seek help from Dr Sarosiek, the prtner, super nice Doctor. However, I developed encapsulation pretty badly, even-though I had had saline implants before for 40 years. They thought the Mentor group who supplied the implants would warranty them, they didn't so Cool Springs had to eat it. Second surgery to replace went much, much worse. I have a stage 4 encapsulation which they say Mentor will not take care of. My sister works for a plastic surgeon in Atlanta. She deals with Mentor all the time on saline implants. With that group the reps always stand behind their product whether saline or silicone implants. Don't understand what is going on with the lying reps with Cool Springs Plastic Surgery but guess where I am going next. read more

Here's my post op update: I could NOT recommend Dr Moore and his entire staff more highly enough. Words can't describe how I feel about my new boobs and the entire process I underwent (isn't that a word?!). First tip. Do every single thing they tell you to do (or not do) it's for your own good!!! Day before operation.....Answer the phone when they call!!!! .... dude, at least check voicemail before arriving for major surgery at 6am!!!! Hello Blu! Lesson learned. They'll call the day before to tell you wants up and what to expect. I missed all that part. My bad! Don't wear any jewelry. Don't take a huge purse there's NO need for it! Wear comfy open in the front kinda shirt, slip on shoes the whole nine. No metal hair pins either. They helped me with all of it none the less. But here's the clincher for me. After my final exam before surgery Dr Moore prayed with me and for me and for him and for a positive outcome!!!!!! Did you hear that? He prayed!!!! Hallelujah Jesus bless that man!!!! I so needed that. Anyway the anaesthesia person was great. The nurses were all great. I can't believe they can get up this early and be functioning at such a crazy high brain capacity .... as to make these wonky boobs into great art pieces .... it is beyond me!!! Well, I went to sleep for a while and woke up groggy. Obviously. But the pain was managed so I was fine. They told my husband all the things before we left and the rest is history. I'm healing marvellously. (If that's how you spell it. I have England's auto correct settings) strange. I love love love these people. A few I wanna call out special are Deb for being awesomely YOU, Emily for taking care of all the back end stuff (yucky paperwork). All the people who keep answering the phone to deal with all my questions. Also today I met Megan (lovely) Nicole (love your hair). Kendall and Lindsey on the third floor. We had a giggle! Not to mention Olivia who just finished pumping up my lips and equally delightful experience doll!!!! Hope you all prosper and continue to help many folks just needing a little pick me up. These young injectors aren't trained beyond fill syringe and inject. If they screw up, and they will, you will be on your own, if you have any side effects. They will not take responsibility. I have had two incidents there. The first was a minor reaction and the injector at the Brentwood Cool Springs Plastic Surgery just argued with me, blaming the reaction on me. The supervisor over injectors, Jen, talked to me about that incident. At least that, right, but this last incident with a young injector at the Franklin location was a little more serious. I wound up in the emergency room, thinking I was having a stroke. This is not to mention the double vision, going on two weeks now, and all the bills associated with that. The ER doc told me that I was not having a stroke, thank goodness, but to call the facility. With much hesitation, I called the Brentwood location. The young injector at the Franklin location had already dismissed my complaints. Her solution was to inject more Botox to help my drooping eye. Seriously?! and that the toxin does not spread past 2mm, when information on the internet said otherwise. The toxin can definitely cause breathing and swallowing problems. That's a little larger spread than 2mm. Anyway, the receptionist said that she would pass my update to Jen and that she would call me back. No call yet and it's been two days. Remember, young, untrained injectors are putting toxin in your face and other places. You are not a "patient" but a "customer." There is no patient care, so go somewhere else or don't use injections. It's scary business. read more

Terrible. They made me pay $50 for a consultation. Then when I reached out to get the procedure done, it was impossible to get a call back. I did chase them for a while. Calling them after they did not call me (as they said they would) but each time, they were confused on what to do. All I wanted was a laser facial. But apparently only one woman does that, and she had a baby. They kept telling me they would consult with the "doctor" to see what can be done. And I wondered, why didn't the doctor just schedule me in to have it done by him/her? And now, they are two weeks late calling me back again with an answer. They took my $50 and ghosted me. It's crazy! I should not have to chase them to give them my money! And of course now, I've lost confidence. They don't return calls and are confused on what to do so you can get a procedure. I have been very disappointed in Cool Springs. Don't always believe good reviews. Not sure how they got so many good ones??? read more

I JUST turned 68 years old. 12 years ago I had Dr. Moore take away my double chin which was starting to develop and made me "depressed" to wear my necklaces and look in the mirror...I had recently HAD to buy a new (used) car and decided something "practical? something FOR MY SELF from my retirement savings! so I'm going to ALSO do something SPECIAL! for JUST "myself!" I have been wanting to get a breast augmentation for at least 10 years now. There aren't enough words to describe what an amazing doctor Dr Sarosiek is. I've debated getting a procedure done almost 10 years because I was too fearful of surgery/going under anesthesia. Dr Sarosiek took the time to explain how safe it is and basically walked me through everything making me feel super comfortable with him and his team. I had several consultations where the doctor was in and out in less than 30 minutes not asking any questions about what I wanted. Dr S is the complete opposite. You can tell he genuinely cares not only about his work but his patients and their happiness! All of the nurses and the anesthesiologist were very thorough throughout the process and took great care of me. The office itself is so beautiful and clean.
