Hire Sacred Garden to do your yard. I first met them when Lauren responded to my request for quotes on Yelp! (did anyone else even know we could do that?). She was among the first few to respond, and quickly made an appointment to come over to see the backyard firsthand. She worked with me over the next few weeks to adapt our design and work to fit our budget, coming up with more than a few creative ideas and putting up with my endless mind-changing like a champ. When we had trouble getting materials delivered on-time, Lauren worked with us the whole way and even tried to source a truck herself to go pick up the things we had purchased ourselves. Let me tell you - you just don't find this kind of amazing customer service anywhere nowadays. Fast forward to the day we started. Ryan showed up with his crew first and they jumped right in to clearing the yard and getting ready. When Lauren got there a few minutes later we all ran through the plan again together and off they went. They maintained a furious pace - finishing the entire patio and fire-pit area in the first day and positioning them to do the whole synthetic grass area on the 2nd day and finish an entire day early (we had planned 2.5-3 days). I would give WeatherX zero stars if possible…read more I hired WeatherX to pressure wash, sand, and seal my patio. The finished result was unacceptable. The joints were uneven and still had old material/debris visible, there were missed areas, streaking/staining, and multiple sections looked worse after the job than before. This was not just my opinion. Ricky came to my property the following Wednesday, inspected the patio himself, and acknowledged that the work was unacceptable and that something went wrong with the install. He told me he would come back that Saturday with his crew to redo everything. No one showed up. My property cameras confirm that no crew came. My follow-up calls and texts were then ignored again. The only time I was able to reach him was when I called from a different number. At this point, I do not trust WeatherX to perform or correct this type of work. I am hiring another qualified contractor to inspect and repair the patio, and I will be pursuing recovery of the correction costs. Based on my experience, I would absolutely not recommend WeatherX for patio/paver pressure washing, sanding, or sealing.

Job was completed before the start of winter before we actually moved in for gutter cleaning and power washing. Noticed that they did not have a tall ladder (we have a split level) but didn't think anything of it because I thought maybe they have fancy tools or what not to clean the gutters. We have gutter guards and were told by WeatherX that the guards are working because the gutters are very clean. We took their word for it and never actually checked that the work was done. Well fast forward a few months, now that we're moved in, the gutters were gushing water from the top during a rain storm. Our neighbor was kind enough to come check for us and when he removed guard, see image attached for what he found. And don't tell me this accumulated in 3 months in the dead of winter with no trees around. Regarding the power washing, house looked aesthetically clean from the outside, but we noticed water on the inside of the house in one of the windows after the cleaning so I reached out to them immediately. I never heard back from them. Grant it they were very responsive when I was booking them and then they ghosted me. They also promised me an emailed invoice post cleaning and got nothing. So, there's my two cents. Hope you have better luck with them then me.

Would not trust this contractor with an honest estimate, as their business model seems to rely on…read moreunsavvy clients who will trust a lump sum estimate and no details to support their cost. Met with Mani on site for an estimate - they responded to a request through Angi. The initial meeting was on 5/20. After several prompts, a barebones estimate was sent on 6/02 for $90k, and included no breakdown in cost. Through the end of July, additional detail was requested to support the estimate. Multiple texts and calls were placed, and the breakdown was promised several times by Mani and never delivered. A lot of wasted time chasing this contractor who ultimately could not deliver. Does not bode well for reliability of actually showing up to get a job done.

He listened to all the concerns I had and gave me an itemized estimate with a good breakdown. He was very responsive to questions as I added additional work. They responded in a timely manner and gave me reassurance about the work that would be done. They made it very easy to pick them over other contractors that I had gotten estimates from. When the work started, they were prompted on starting their work day and worked around all the restrictions that I had for my area. Whenever I had a concern, it was very easy to reach out to Mani or Danny, and have the concern dealt with promptly. Cons- Attention to detail can be better (it is possible they already noticed imperfections I pointed out and would have dealt with it by the end of the job but I did not leave that to chance) being more mindful of the client's personal items - few personal items were damaged during the job The main reason none of these led to star reduction is because they were very responsive to all issues that were pointed out. All the issues mentioned were dealt with in a timely manner.
