I didn't think Bianco's did this kind of job but we started working with them years ago (first project: installing pipes and draining system to stop my backyard from becoming a swamp every time it rained and then re-sodding it; second project: lining our walkway and planting flowers/trees in the flowerbed under our bay window) and ever since we've been receiving compliments on our lawn (which we asked Bianco's to maintain because their work is outstanding). Very quickly, Andrew checked out the job and made the whole thing come together. We scheduled the job quickly and it was all done in a matter or maybe 3 days. Bianco's took care of cleaning out under the deck so really there was nothing we had to take care of. Every day the guys cleaned up and at the end the result was beautiful. Once again, collecting compliments from everyone who comes in our backyard. The guy who runs it is very helpful; the woman who's often behind the counter really can't be bothered, but I actually find her crotchetiness to be amusing. Most of their outdoor plants & trees come from Monrovia nurseries, where most plants in the United States seem to come from; I've found them to be healthy and well-cared for. They've also got a small selection of indoor plants, garden supplies, pots & planters, trellises, etc. They'll deliver as much stuff as you want to buy for $50., and they've been nice enough to even deliver a large planter I bought elsewhere (at Home Goods, across the way) along with my purchases, at no extra charge. If you pay a reasonable fee to have them plant your trees or etc for you, they have a 1-year guarantee that they'll grow and be healthy, and they make good on that. If you want to do the planting yourself, they're happy to give you instructions and tips. My favorite garden center!

The crew was on time, professional, completed the job and cleaned all of the debris away. They made sure that they went to my neighbor's house to clean any dusts that flew to their side as well. The job wasn't easy and my garage was right underneath the major branches. The tree trunk was sitting in a very narrow space as well. The crew tied a rope to every major branch and lowered it down with the best care they could. I am very happy with their service and the price was very reasonable. They are based locally in Bay Ridge.

I called 2 other tree companies and Evergreen Tree Specialist was the quickest to respond. Carl, the owner came to our house and gave us a quote right then and there. His quote, compared to the other 2 was the most reasonable. I called on a Wednesday and as soon as we agreed on the price, Carl and his team came in the following day to start working. Because we had a huge tree, it took his team a day just to cut it. They came back the next day (Friday) to pick up the rest of the logs, cleaned my backyard and even my neighbor's backyard since there were saw dusts everywhere. Then on Saturday they took out the stump (they had to bring in a special machine for this). It took them about 1.5 hours to get rid of the stump. My overall experience with this company was excellent! Carl and his team are professionals, honest, the price was reasonable (given the size of the tree and amount of labor they put into the job - it took 5 workers to do the job) and response time was quick. Carl was all about getting the job done. In fact he told me that he didn't want me to pay him until his job is completely done! I highly recommend Evergreen Tree Specialists for all your tree needs!

Tom called us back within minutes, arranged to have his top guy, Gregg, come to our house and evaluate the damage. Gregg showed up, determined what was needed, and returned with a crew to clear the tree and debris, allowing us to access our home. This was all accomplished just 4 hours after the tree fell. They returned on the following day to take down the remainder of that tree and another tree that was destroyed. All debris was removed, the stumps ground down, the yard left immaculate.
