I am filing this complaint in hopes that others won't have to suffer my horrible experience of Mr. Bending's absolutely horrible customer service and his very unprofessional, dismissive, demeaning, rude, hostile and intimidating manner in which he treated me. This memo is to file a serious complaint against Billy Bending, owner of Cobbler's Express Shoe Repair LLC, for his totally unprofessional and horrible customer service and treatment of me, Gene Lou, on 2/18/16 and 2/19/16. After I picked up the shoes which were promised by Mr. Bending that he would resole and polish the shoe to 'as new condition', I noted several deficiencies which made the shoes look very shoddy and definitely not 'as new condition' as originally promised: the polish was unevenly applied and there were frayed rubber and/or loose rubber shavings attached to the edge of the rubber soles. When I politely pointed these issues out and asked Mr. Bending to resolve them, he got very defensive and treated me in a very angry, unprofessional, dismissive, demeaning, rude, hostile and intimidating manner. Although I never raised my voice and only asked Mr. Bending to rectify the issues noted above, Mr. Bending refused to resolve the issues, got very defensive and raised his voice several times at me, totally ignored me when I was still talking when another customer walked in, and ultimately demanded me to leave his store. Finally when I stated that 'This is horrible customer service! Absolutely horrible', Mr. Bending in an infantile and rude manner stuck his tongue out at me after which I left the store, extremely upset at Mr. Billy Bending's absolutely horrible customer service and his very unprofessional, dismissive, demeaning, rude, hostile and intimidating manner in which he treated me. I then noted that I am going to write an honest review of his work and horrible customer service to which Mr. Bending replied in an angry, unprofessional, dismissive, demeaning, rude, hostile and intimidating manner daring me to go ahead and do so since he can review and delete the evaluations he did not like (e.g. mine). I then responded that I will write my review in a manner that he cannot delete or edit. Mr. Bending had violated several of the cardinal rules for good business practices: To always treat customers with dignity and respect, and that customer satisfaction must always be a top priority! Did a great job on the resole considering this was the second or third resole for this pair - it was a tough job. On the pr. that needed added height, he took the time to cut off the old sole, add material and reattach the existing sole. Added at least a 1/2 inch to my boots. Perfect job and both pair were shined before pickup. Made sure to say that if there were any issues to be sure to return and they would be taken care of. Very quick turnaround.

The woman working behind the front counter was courteous and helpful and the owner, Kumar, was incredibly sensitive and caring in his treatment of these articles and his understanding of the memories that these pieces of cloth carried. The final result was excellent and I appreciate Kumar's professional service and his benevolent character.

So for the same price to rent/pay on a new W/D I'm now dropping off my clothes at Bulldog Laundry and saving loads of time I used to use to procrastinate on folding laundry. They always come back nicely folded or hung up, smelling great, wonderfully cleaned, and within the same day when I drop off in the morning. Love their texing service to let me know I can come pick up. Always different people behind the counter but they've all been nice and quick to give me my ticket or find my bag.

The cleaners did not press the collar band, the collar or the cuffs. The hem line is crinkled and the body of the dress is all wrinkled. The front placket is wrinkled. It looks like they blew it out and threw it on a hanger. It's a mess! Long story short....I am glad I only gave them access to one piece of clothing - they failed the test! The are NOT genuine cleaners....so I guess it could have been worse. But I won't be back!!!! And I will tell as many people I know to avoid this place.
