Beware! I recently brought seven pairs of shoes here for various . One pair of new shoes had never been worn and when I got them back, they were dented across the leather. They'd clearly been thrown into a bag with something sharp. The heel taps have already fallen off another pair. The rubber soul has already come loose on a third pair and a fourth pair must've been stored in a very hot warehouse because the leather is now cracked and unrepairable. The taps on a fifth pair were not secured and I've now tripped on them.This company does not answer their phone and does not answer your emails. So there's literally nothing to be done here except to warn you from going here. Whatever their reputation used to be, it's not the same anymore. The shoes also took eight weeks and I was quoted four weeks. No one contacted me. The only way that I could get anyone to give me an update on my shoes was to go to the store and ask the person to provide me with information, which was limited and I was told to come back weeks later. The quality of the repair itself was good but weirdly they didn't buff or moisturize any other part of the bag. More importantly, the customer service was terrible. I dropped off in early October and was promised the bag by 12/5. Bag was not ready by 12/5. When I contacted Santana, I was promised it would be ready within a week. Still no. Contacted again in January, again promised a week. Still not ready, finally via text, I was told the leather I selected wasn't available at all so I needed to select a new one. Great customer experience. Took a pair of damaged Prada boots in for repair. I had been turned away by another shop and told they could not be repaired. The guys at Santana were incredibly nice and took them in no problem with the expectation of them being repaired back to near original condition. Time frames and pricing are reasonable. They even helped me out with a damaged jacket that they were able to repair in just a few minutes. The guys at Santana could not be nicer. Blown away is an understatement! SLC literally brought my beloved Chanel bag back to life! I have a vinyl Chanel from 2012 and it had been improperly stored in my closet for years. One side of the bag and creased and collapsed, the cording had disintegrated, and the material was chipping in multiple spots. SLC completely reworked it! It looks almost new. The process of sending my prized bag in was also very secure. As you can imagine, sending an expensive designer bag through the mail is kind of nerve wracking, but the process was very secure and the communication was stellar. I couldn't be happier! I have had several high end wallets repaired at Santana Leather and have had a bad experience. I dropped off the two wallets on July 5, 2023 and was told it could take up 4 weeks for the repairs. I agreed with that and paid the hefty price for the repairs. Over the next several months I called a few times to inquire about the repairs and twice asked to speak with a manager, but no one ever called me. On November 9, 2023 I was able to pick up my two wallets. I asked to speak with a manager but there was no one to speak with. I asked for a refund because I paid $369 in July for the repair and it took about 4 months, not the up to 4 weeks I was told. I ended up spending money on a new wallet because those were my wallets and 1, 2, 3, 4 months is a long time to go without a wallet. I spoke to the person at the register and he put in a escalation ticket for me. I saw the escalation ticket in a email on November 9, 2023 and was told it would take 2-4 weeks for someone to get back to me. We are beginning week 5 and no one has gotten back to me. Hopefully this will get resolved and I can change this review ... but for now I am unhappy and would not recommend this business to anyone. read more

I first started going to Santana Creative last year. My first time? It was my off white Gucci hobo leather purse. I went to Gucci and asked them for a place where I could get some stains cleaned out. The staff gave me a name of another place off Pharr road. A quick look on those reviews on Yelp gave me a fright. There is no way I would send my purse there. Then I remembered a former neighbor mentioned about Santana Creative at Lenox Marketplace. My first visit? It was very pleasant. The staff was very friendly and just made me feel at ease of leaving my belonging with them. I was told all items would ship to a location in Carolina (I can't remember North or South, probably SC) and the turn around would be 2 weeks. It cost $80 to clean the bag inside out. I thought $80 is reasonable. Two weeks passed and when I collected my purse, I was thrilled. My purse looked so clean! The stains were gone (I did not even understand why there would be pen inks and some tiny spots on the leather). That $80 was well spent. Subsequently I have sent my Manolo boots, Ferragamo sandals and my latest, a pair of Bruno Magli pumps over to Santana Creative. The staff(s) at the repair facility always cleaned up the shoes and did an amazing job. The place may not be the cheapest around but if you have good quality high end shoes and purse, you really can't be penny-pinching on where to repair or recondition your precious belongings. The turn around time is usually about two weeks. Patience is definitely needed here but it is definitely worth the wait! read more

True enough, the folks are very professional and courteous. Seems like they have quite the following as well, with many items restored and ready to be returned to their clients. Gives me a sense of confidence that the work will be done correctly and done well. $65 to clean the bag, and turnaround time is 5-7 business days. We have not gotten the bag back yet but , so far, the entire experience has been very positive. This is probably the best shoe repair in Atlanta, but they do ship out your shoes to their repair center in Raleigh, North Carolina. For the clients who value transparency, there is a tv broadcasting real-time footage of the cobblers working at the repair center. I was absolutely devastated when I accidentally fell into a little hole while wearing my Jimmy Choos, thereby severely ripping the leather off one heel.
