Despite being recommended by several people, my first visit with him--accompanied by my two children who are experiencing developmental delays--was disappointing. He quickly dismissed our concerns and instead launched into stories about his travels, concerts he's attended, and vacations he's planning. That should've been my cue to find another ENT, but unfortunately, I returned--both for my kids and myself. The billing department is another nightmare. I received a bill for a procedure that was never performed. When I called to dispute it, I was told the procedure had indeed taken place and that I owed $276. I think I'd remember having a camera shoved up my nose, but apparently, they insist it happened--and now I'm stuck with the bill. The wait times are just as bad. Don't expect to be seen on time, and if your appointment is later in the day, forget about making it home for dinner. Overall, the doctor comes off as self-absorbed and far more interested in chatting about snowboarding with his family than listening to your medical issues.

I met with Dr. Lesserson, and let him know that I didn't want to remove my mask if he was going to have to send me for a test to get a diagnosis anyway. Instead of providing reasons or reassurance, he seemed angry and said there was no covid in there, it wasn't on the walls and we didn't have to wash food anymore. Um, I didn't ask any of that, or even tell him what I just saw, I was just trying to limit my exposure. Then he said he had other patients, finished the exam and sent me for a test. When I got the results (weeks later), it seemed he was still angry. After several requests over several days, he would not call me to review test results or provide follow up care (what to do next), unless I came in for a 'full exam'. UPDATE: he called, went over everything with me and politely answered all of my questions.

The staff answered my calls promptly and was able to squeeze me in to treat an issue with my ear. They have pretty solid COVID restrictions, with asks to put in all paperwork and payment virtually to minimize any time spent in the office. There is also a waiting area outside as well, though they ask you to stay in your car until they call you when the doctor is almost ready. I saw Dr. Scherl who was very professional in his bedside manner and had plenty of expertise. He was able to treat and resolve my issue quickly and took care of the problem gently. The staff was also very professional and friendly. Overall I thought this was a very good experience and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for ENT care.

Consider they are pretty busy all the time. I was able to get a same date appointment with my doctor. I scheduled online which was easier than before (I had to call before they had the upgrades). The staff, nurses and doctors are always nice and caring. They listen to your concerns and perform/order necessary tests. Prescriptions will go to your pharmacy electronically. I would recommend the primary care and walk-in here.
