I pulled out my Harvey's app and found an angus burger combo for $9.99 before taxes. Perfect! I ordered these items: - Angus burger - Onion rings - Large Diet Pepsi - Apple pie I got an estimated time that my order would be ready to pick up. I took my time getting to this restaurant. This eatery looked fairly new. It's located in a small plaza with a lot of construction. There was a danger sign warning folks about open excavation. It was not your typical sign! I hit the drive-thru. When I got to the order area, I indicated that I had an order and rattled off my name. The woman found my order and said that I could drive up to the window. There was one vehicle ahead of me. When I got to the window, a friendly woman who talked quickly said hi. She grabbed my drink and paper bag with my food. She wished me a great day. I reciprocated and drove away slowly. I ended up parking briefly to put my food in an insulated bag. I then drove home. I had dinner once I was home. This meal was perfect. I loved my angus burger. It was flavourful and juicy. I liked customizing my toppings. Garlic mayo is a must. I customized mine with lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, and relish. I was happy. My onion rings were so good. They were crispy and the onions were naturally sweet. I upgraded my drink to a large Diet Pepsi. I needed it to wash everything down, including my crispy apple pie. The filling was so good. The drink was crispy, cold, and perfect. Ordering through the Harvey's app does have its advantages. My Scene+ card is a part of my profile, so I'm always collecting points when I made a purchase. I also had a gift card as part of my payment method. I used it to pay for my meal, which felt like I had won the jackpot. I had an excellent experience at this Harvey's. My app stated that it would take fifteen minutes for my order to be ready. I was good taking my time driving northbound along Woodbine Avenue. I needed to make a left turn. I've been to this area before, with Freshii, Pizza Studio, Big Smoke Burger, and more in this plaza. I had an impatient dealer car behind me who honked while there was oncoming traffic and wanted to bypass me to make a turn. I had never seen that move before. If he wanted to get hit by oncoming traffic, be my guest, but don't do a tailspin into my car. I turned left. He gave in and followed suit. Weird. I parked away from Mary Brown's, as there was a tow truck helping out a car closer to the eatery. I realized walking over that I could have parked closer to the entrance. The bun with the signature pickle slice on top was yummy. I loved this sandwich so much. I had the other one the following day. I got a large mac and cheese. It's a cold salad. I'm not sure why it has the cheese part in it. It doesn't taste cheesy at all. What's funny is that I don't mind that it isn't cheesy. I like macaroni salad and this version makes me happy.
