I went to Maryam Collahi for about a year and a half and saw Hanna there. In September I went to get my brows done and Hanna said "oh shit" as she had accidentally waxed off part of my eyebrow. I left in tears and didn't have to pay. But the worst part for me was that after being a long time client no one called me to apologize or offer to do anything to fix my eyebrow. It's been two months and the hairs are slowly starting to grow back. Shame on you Maryam Collahi for treating your long time clients like this. If Yelp would allow me to write the entire story and not give any stars, I would. So here it is in short. I RECEIVED A CHEMICAL BURN TO MY FACE. After a very uncomfortable conversation about race and politics the brow tech (DEB) I have been religiously seeing for the last 10 plus years, intentionally burned my face. Maryam urged me not to go to the doctors and kept telling me it was just an allergic reaction, to put coconut oil and take an allergy pill. I kept insisting it was in fact a burn and went to my doctor to have that confirmed and surprise ITS A BURN. He told me had she not told me to avoid the doctors I could have had adequate treatment to heal and try to prevent scarring. Maryam looked at my face in person. Lied to my face. Told me again to not go to the doctors and to just put coconut oil on it! I called to inform them they were wrong. Maryam returned my call to contradict herself and say they use a hypoallergenic product and it could never cause an allergic reaction. And she's never seen this happen before. I proceed to tell her everything my doctor said and he blamed her for allowing me to leave a chemical burn untreated for days!!! And still nothing has been done about this situation. She still works there... Avoid at all costs. Or you might just get an abundance of half-hearted "sorrys" Again there is so much back story, it wouldn't let me post the entirety of it. I wish I could post these videos my brows are damaged. They do not even come close to showing how bad my brows look in person. Currently still losing more and more hairs every time I am applying treatment cream. And Maryam does not care. read more

This is now my second microblading experience. The first was back in 2017, so that shows how long this can last and how good the quality is. Not for me. Made an appointment for 11. Then an hour before the appointment I received a text asking come at 11.15. I agreed. Then on my way there, received a call at 11 to say I'm late for the appointment. But they apologized for not communicating with each other. All that was fine! Miscommunication happens. But this review is based on the fact that one of my eye brows was chopped off to the point now I have to draw with a brow pencil everyday. It didn't look so bad until I got to work and looked a bit closer. I even emailed them saying I wouldn't be coming back again as I'm shocked to see how bad one of them really was. No reply. Maryam did my microblading 3 weeks ago and I am very happy with the results. The colour and shape suit my face perfectly. She is very caring and makes sure you are comfortable throughout the procedure. There is very minimal pain - much less than I expected. Maryam knows brows - I totally recommend her for microblading. I scheduled a microblading at this location. I first tried to schedule with an artist and there was no available time up to the last day I could be doing it. They then offered me to be a model for one of the students, the day before the last day I could be doing the procedure. They then simply cancelled the class and just let me know at the day it was supposed to occur and only because I called them. I won't have the microblading done there and I also won't be able to schedule any other place because of the short notice, as I would have only one more day that I could be doing the procedure. Just had a lash lift done and absolutely loved it! My lashes look long, curled and darker. No more need for wearing mascara...

AWESOME brows here. although extremely bold make is applied with out asking and u cant actually see the work the girl has done. Don't bother with the lash lift. It's a waste of money it made my lashes look shorter (and stumpy ) than if I had of curled them myself and applied mascara and the tint was basically non existent. Waste of $100 read more
