It's a snug but very clean washroom. I went for eyebrow shaping (threading), eyebrow tinting, and upper lip threading. It came to $60 after tip. The woman helping me asked me what type of shape I wanted and drew out the ideal shape. She asked me if I liked it and checked in with me a lot as she progressed. I really appreciated that. She was also very gentle. While the brow tint was developing, she massaged my hands which was great. After she removed the tint, she gave my eyebrows a massage as well. When I said the alternative was me coming to my appointment very ill, potentially putting staff and other clients at risk, the owner simply said yes that's fine, that I should go ahead and do that. Terrible experience overall, especially since I was actually looking forward to this treatment.
