By the time I found Care Wagon I was at my wits end - - AND THEY WERE A BREATH OF FRESH AIR!! Evelyn patiently took the intake and scheduling!! Audie, a true gentleman, who drove the large van with a lift, guided my mom's chair not only in and out of the van but down the long halls of the medical centers, and he would even open/close the doors for me!!! They have always been on time and the vehicle very clean. We discussed a very reasonable rate for service on the phone (less than the other places) and then when I received the bill there was ANOTHER 15% DISCOUNT!!! Now that was great but even better . . . when my sister passed away and we had her services on a Saturday - they were there to transport . . . When we celebrated my mother's birthday at my son's house on a Sunday - they were there to transport . . . when she urgently needed to go to the ER at the last moment - they were there to transport!!! Called priorty rounds transport looking for medical transportation for my mother to go to a follow…read morehip surgery appt ' After orginal Transportation was cancelled . I called 40 minutes prior to scheduled needed pick up time . The establishment called me and said they would put together a billing statement and text it to me and arrange the transportation if i wanted to accept the contract price . I got the pricing and it was $10 . More than the previous quote from the other provider given so ' i accepted and set up the transportation. The van used looked new and was clean and fully equipped with the latest wheelchair and gurney equipment. The driver was friendly and talkative ' and helped move my mother from the care center into the van and upon arrival helped her into the medical center for her appt ..( was told to call him once done for pick up and return to her homecare center ) after appt ..called driver ' 5 mins later van pulls up and the return trip was provided. Paying the statement through the square app was instant with a texted invoice for records. . Im not saying priority rounds * can accommodate you 40 mins before an appointment but they came through for my mother and the service and driver where great. I recommend Priority Rounds * for any Non emergency transportation

I am in a fairly delicate state and had a heavy oxygen concentrator, portable oxygen tank and some other take-homes to deal with. My dearest friend did research on MEDICAL transportation companies, and when she called PRESTIGE, she was surprised when the owner, Luis, answered the phone on the first ring. She immediately established a rapport with him and knew she had found the right place for me. My discharge day arrived, and IF IT WEREN'T FOR THE CASE MANAGER AT LLUHC, everything would have gone smoothly, but this woman who shouldn't be allowed to work with PEOPLE or even animals, dropped the ball and I began to panic about getting home. Like a savior riding in on a white horse, Luis worked with me and completely saved the day! He sent IVAN to pick me up. What an incredibly amazing young man. I was in the best possible hands. Ivan was a cautious, respectful, and diligent driver, and even though being ill, the almost two hour ride home was enjoyable due to his personable nature. He's just awesome.
