Dr Graebow is conceited, egotistical, uncaring, self absorbed practitioner. He doesn't make eye contact, is all business and not at all interested in inquiring how one feels, nor interested in answering questions. Avoid him ! Dr omashulu is an exact opposite, kind, thoughtful, willing to listen, converse and answer questions. I agree with every negative honest reviewer. The scheduling people are horrible. They cannot even say hello or good day. They over schedule so waiting in a small small crowded waiting room with no magazines, decor, water is terrible. Our time is meaningless to the schedulers and staff. The billing manager is a Cretan , mean as a badger and is totally inflexible. In general I would recommend seeking another office. read more

I have been a patient in this office for several years and have seen many praticioners there. The doctors listen & are helpful in advice. They ubderstand that the patient knows their body and are open to discussing options i have heard of & explain if they think it could work for me. The office personel are friendly & helpful as well. There have been many changes to the office & staff & they always call me back in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this office. read more

They are really disrespectful of your time. My appointment was at 10:30 and I have yet to be seen. If I was this late they would make me reschedule. My time is just as valuable as this provider. Was very disappointed of how was treated by the billing department, was sent to collections without being contacted which would have been very easy. When reached out to billing department they were rude and confrontational. It was a small outstanding debt regarding copays which for some reason the office can't take time of visit. I needed to make a follow up appointment since I'm in severe pain from my injection wearing off. I have new insurance since my last visit and they REFUSE to take my information over the phone therefore they WILL NOT schedule me to be seen until I either email, fax, or mail a copy of my new card. I ended up finding another practice because Amanda who answers the phone is absolutely awful. She is extremely disrespectful, unpleasant, unprofessional, combative, and impossible to deal with. She told me that she would reach out to my insurance company and find out if they would approve me making an appointment and then called me back a week later and said that she was waiting on ME to call the insurance. She is argumentative and just nasty and rude. Furthermore, after leaving me ONE message, she proceeded to argue with me that she's been calling me "over and over" and "left like four messages." I didn't even want to answer the phone when I saw it was her because she is so dreadful and mean. I have never had such a difficult time making a doctor's appointment. I was able to make an appointment with another provider and be seen/treated before I was able to even get an appointment here due to the run around after run around and lies from Amanda. read more

Garbage place. I reviewed this intuition before but now the review is gone. I dont appreciate that. I saw drs Panillo and Grabow several years ago. I believe they were called something else at that time. I had severe dizziness. They failed to help. They discovered my TMJ hurt when I tried to open my mouth but just shrugged their shoulders. Later I found out this was due to inflammation in TMJ joint. They decided to prescribe some drug (dont recall the name). I took it for 1 day and had a very bad reaction to it. I called the place & told them of my reaction. They told me to stop taking the drug and never did anything else. They dropped me as a patient. Their sole purpose seem to be prescribing that drug to patients so they could make money. I would be surprised if they changed their ways. read more

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT TRUST THIS PRACTICE. This is why I refuse to go to pain management, they are all exploitative, nasty & snarky. They couldn't even get my basic info correct. I called for an appt Tuesday, gave Amy all of my info, including medicines (I am not looking for any pain management meds, only to see what procedures they could do to help me), my current internist info. She called Friday & said "Dr.____ doesn't know who you are." Yeah cause she called the wrong doctor, the names were similar & I corrected her. She told me to get a referral & I did. Only for her to call me today( Tuesday) & inform me "I called your doctor & he said he's never even prescribed you anything & he doesn't know why you are calling pain management b/c you don't need it. You've been to several pain managements over the years & you didn't tell me that. You lied & I don't know if we can treat you." I said to her "I'm holding my medicine bottles right now & my doctor also sent me a copy of the referral. It's on my email." I have been with my doctor for 15 years, why would I go to another doc? She said they'd call me back. What scares me is that I've been to terrible doctor's who don't care before I found my dream team & their are people still in the beginning process of their pain journey where a conversation like this could have pushed them over the edge of doing a permanent mistake. If you're reading this, you will find your tribe of doctors. My team wanted me to try some of these new injections but nah. When the nice secretary called me back she actually said "you'd have to decrease your meds for us to treat you." So I'm in pain & you want to be decrease. I was hoping Amy was going to call me back b/c I got an all clear from my team to explain to her why her she clearly doesn't belong dealing with people. Don't trust them, I know they said the decrease for me to say no. I hope Amy reads this b/c you are terrible at your job & should not be talking to vulnerable people looking for help. Also learn to take notes. Not everybody looking for help is trying to get drugs, like I specifically told her from the jump. read more

The best part of my health insurance plan is that I don't need a referral for a specialist. I am very particular about the doctors I choose and stay with. I've been told my research in choosing doctors is obsessive. I have degenerative disk disease and have been receiving pain relief injection treatments from Dr Grabow for approximately 8 years while trying to avoid surgery. Dr Grabow is the doctor responsible for me seriously considering what continued Rx opioid use was doing to my health. After each treatment, I get an emailed survey from them asking my opinion about my experience with them. I'm getting tired of telling them the same thing every time. There is not even one suggesion I could make for improvement. From making an appointment, through the completed procedure and recovery time, everything is managed efficiently, professionally, and friendly. At every stage, there's a conversation with each nurse or technician and then a consultation with Dr Grabow before the procedure. Anytime I hear of anyone with spine pain issues, I tell them they should make an appointment with Dr Grabow, get an MRI, and see how he can help. Also, with the COVID-19 situation, Dr Grabow and his Staff have taken precautions to assure everyone's safety. read more

I went to see Dr. Theodore Grabow, because I was having severe back pain and shock down my legs. I was unable to stand straight and was unable to sleep because of the continuous pain. I was scheduled and in the procedure room within a day or so. He explained to me what was going on from my MRI and what was the suggested plan. I went and had the injection which by the end of the day I could already feel a huge change. By the next day my pain was completely gone and I was not feeling any shock down my legs. Dr. Grabow really takes the time to evaluate the patient and what is going to give them back there life without pain. Thank you so much!!! read more

Dr. Block and his PA Jennifer Nasser are both great. I have had multiple cortisone injections in my back from Dr. Block and never had an issue. He puts you at ease. Jennifer is great too, very personable and thorough. read more

Absolutely horrid. Do not recommend at all. Specifically the nurse practitioner Mary Ann Anthony. I was switched to her from a real doctor at MPS while he was on vacation so I could get a refill on my medications. Anthony accuses me of coming in 2 weeks early for my medication and would not refill it unless I took a drug test. Which I did and passed even after explaining to her that her basic math skills are sub par since I was not 2 weeks early or early at all. She continues over the next 4 appointments to be extremely unprofessional and downright rude. Saying things such as "in 3rd world countries they don't have proper medications so why do you need them?" And to "suck up" my pain that was/is so extreme I need to go to the hospital constantly. Also never examined me and looked only at MRI reports and not the film. Also threatened to not give me my medications because I disagreed with her! This is just a small sample of the abuse I suffered over only 4 appointments. Makes you feel terrible and does not care about her patients. Do not go here, I cannot recommend enough. read more

This clinic is run like a corporation. They only care about how much money you can make for them. I had pain and went to them for assistance. They sent me for a test and gave me some medication while I awaited the results. I called back in a few days to tell them the medication was making my heart race and maybe we could try something else. The only response I received - several hours later - was that if it bothered me I should proceed to the ER. Never heard from them again. Found out from my regular doctor, my test was mostly normal for my age although there might be a problem. More thought was needed. I was not a profitable patient for this corporation - even though I am still in pain! read more
