Today my anxiety was high as the many options out there for kitchen cabinets (wall, island and wall), countertops, countertop continuance in lieu of back splash and on is abundant. I had set my mind on one color but entering this store again but not when it was closed allowed for a more open mind to view the models. Of course it would not be me if I didnt make another selection of color choice in cabinet color. I was then paired with Laura whom was beyond helpful. With a few of my many questions she asked Mike about somethings. Mike stated to me, you came in here the last time as he remembered me and said she saw and confirmed the cabinet she wanted right away. Mike knew that part and was confirming to me to not get too confused and stick with what stood out for me. I still liked the Pebble Cabinets but like the darker of the Greige as well. With Laura assisting we then was able to narrow down 3 countertops and get quotes. I appreciate their assistance, patiences and kindness during my project stressing of selecting the cabinets and other portions thats necessary for the 2nd phase of my kitchen remodel project. The cabinets seem very reasonable in cost however they are not able to do a customizations like a few other kitchen remodel stores.

He had an oversized red truck that he was unable to park and probably shouldn't have if he can't park it. We moved to another spot but then decided if patrons could not park in a spot designated for the store they are going to and are so rudely addressed it's not worth our time and money. Good job on losing a sale.

Had high hopes for Top Notch Flooring America after friends had several very positive experiences…read morewith them. Unfortunately, our experience was the worst we have had with a contractor over 52 years of being a home owners and four houses. Our young salesman is apparently the owner's son. When we made our initial selection of LVP flooring, he said that the material would be received by them in a week and a half and installation would be schedule in about a week and a half after that. At about the time the product was to be received by them, we received a call from another employee stating that the product would not be produced by the manufacturer for another month and a half. ( The salesman should have checked availability before providing an approximate installation date.) Back to the White Marsh store we went to select a different flooring. The second selection arrived and installation was scheduled. On the day of installation (it was to be a two day installation which the salesman failed to say), Lou and Dan arrived. The installation involved the removal of cut stone tile and mortar. The installers failed to put up any dust barriers as contractors had done to protect the rest of the residence from dust and debris. The installers put dirty had prints on the walls and adjacent flooring. To add insult to injury, they "glued" down a stair nose piece and a transition flooring strip using latex caulk rather than a true adhesive which was totally ineffective. Top Notch partially reimbursed us for the Merry Maid cleaning crew we brought in and one of their employees did come and properly glue down the stair nose piece and the transition flooring piece. Viewing all of the other very positive reviews of Top Notch, we were very surprised by our experience. The salesman, Joey Jr., was not as responsive as he should have been. The vetting of their installers needs massive improvement (BTW, our installers were not employees, but subcontractors). If you deal with Top Notch, use the Bel Air store where our friends had a much better experience. We will NEVER use Top Notch again!

This was our 2nd time using Creative Deck. This review is for customer awareness. We contacted the…read morecompany and discussed these matters with them before posting this. #1 - Although we are the property/homeowner, you do not have to be home during install. We are nervous homeowners. We took off work to be there. Unlike other construction we have used, Creative has only ONE crew that installs. That weight is on the ONE foreman who will have to take off work unexpectedly. No one showed. #2 - Calls the day of. We were called the morning of and asked "Can they come today?" We felt this "same day" scheduling was very erratic, compared to what we experienced with this company before. #3 - Customers - mark your wires and inform your adjuster. Your buried internet and automower wires are not marked by the Utility company. Inform your adjuster so he/she can help you get these marked. The 3-star rating was a 1-star. The company took time to speak with us about the issues, so we are showing some teamwork. Gary has been there for decades and knows his stuff. The management here - doesn't have time for conversation or empathy. They will throw the paper work back in at you, and you can see that response in their comments to reviews here. Sometime everything legal isn't moral/correct. We aren't sure we will use them again. It just seems sloppy and unorganized for our type of property ownership. I'm sure it would work great for other types of homeowners.

I would highly recommend against using this company…read more I was given a reasonable quote from them for a new fence for my yard, so that my dog can play without getting out. I decided to go ahead and signed a contract and scheduled the work. The work was completed in a reasonable amount of time, however this is about all that went well. The fence was installed very sloppily with several issues. I immediately tried to resolve these issues with creative deck design, however they argued and refused to do anything. They will not stand by their work at all, and will instead insist that it was the best that they can do. Eventually the issues were resolved with my fence, after several months repeatedly asking them to resolve the issues. However I can't give any better review because these issues should have never been there in the first place. Additionally when if issues did arise, they should have been addressed rather than trying to avoid fixing it. For anyone else considering this company, please read the reviews and pay attention to the bad reviews. There is a common theme amongst all of them, these aren't just bad reviews from people not getting their way. I've also put two pictures of their workmanship up, it will speak for itself.

He even came out to look at everything and meet us in person before tile day, which was very helpful! He came by himself and put up all of the tile on a Saturday (was here from about 7:30am-4pm) and then one of his contractors came on Monday for a few hours to do the grout and finish everything up. Plus his rates were reasonable! Overall we're very happy.

Installation was scheduled and the technician was on time. I had an issue about a year later and they came out for free and checked it out and although it was a user error issue, they were very nice about it and the visit was free of charge. I would absolutely go back to Watson's for any fireplace/outdoor furniture/items need. I also bought a big green egg there a few years back and had the same type of stellar experience.
