Okay, here's the honest breakdown: Quality of product is good. Service is hit or miss, so only choose these guys if you've got time to wait. My wife and I had to have a basement carpet replaced after a flood. Priceless Carpets came within a week of us requesting a measurement of the space and estimate. They then told us to come into the store to explore the different styles. They explained the different grades in a way that was easy to understand. They even mailed us a few samples that they didn't have in stock that day. When we finally decided which carpet we wanted, it was radio silence on Mike's end. I mean, for weeks. It was a horrible game of phone and email tag. Clearly no deputation to his other workers. I finally had to call and someone else picked up the project for us. When it came time to install, the installation was fast, the workers were friendly and efficient, and even vacuumed up after they finished. They work with insurance companies, but it got weird when we needed to send our old damaged carpet away for our insurance company. Mike offered to do it for us. He even offered to drive to our house to pick it up. But days later, when I followed up it was "oh yeah, I didn't have time to do that." Don't offer what you can't deliver. I would have been just as fine not being offered an extra mile thing if he'd said we had to bring it to them. When they did eventually get it, they never informed us that they had sent it off to be analyzed; I only found out from my insurance company a month and a half later. Again, a general weakness in communication. They did allow us to pay in installments and when we waited for a bit to get the second one in (waiting for the insurance to cut us a check), they called us with a friendly reminder (it was like they suddenly remembered how to call us again). To their credit, they didn't charge us a late fee or interest, but they did eventually just go ahead and charge the card used for the first payment. Would I come here again? Maaaaybe. I've been very happy with our new carpet but I would have to be very aggressive in making sure that they follow through on everything in a timely manner. read more

Priceless Carpet One just did a fabulous luxury vinyl floor installation for us today! Thomas looked at the project, advised me on disconnecting the oven and radiator, and was very responsive to my emails leading up to the installation. The crew was right on time, assessed the job conditions, protected my hardwood floors with drop cloths, moved my kitchen appliances, and got to work removing the existing self-stick vinyl tiles and plywood subfloor. Once they cleaned up that debris, we discussed whether the floor was level enough to install the click-lock right away, or if the crew needed to float patch the low spots. The crew leader understood my concern about the click-locks not staying together if the floor was uneven, so he strongly encouraged me to let him fix the low spots first. My wood floor installation hasn't been a pleasant experience, and the three problem areas have yet to be resolved.

My family has been using Priceless Carpet and Flooring for years and they just keep delivering the best selection and customer service we can find. I rarely find exactly what I am looking for in flooring anywhere else and their remnants make great area rugs! I was able to pickup an amazing bound wool remnant for half the cost of a pre-made rug. Just had one of the worst business experiences I've ever had in my life......had a new vinyl kitchen floor installed...by Priceless...they left everything covered in floor adhesive including the fridge and on the next room Berber carpet......bashed up the door jambs i had JUST painted the week prior......THEN they broke the feed line to my ice maker on the fridge, dumping a couple of gallons of water on the new floor. I had to move the fridge out to replace the line and they had bent one of the leveling feet on the front of the fridge which has now wrinkled the flooring material.... the installer was ready to leave and I had to tell him that he didn't reinstall the kitchen door!......who forgets to put the door back on?..Manager Fritz came out to see the damage caused by Johnny and Tony, but never apologized for the damage or even offered compensation. Very disappointed and very unprofessional! read more
