When he and his crew showed up to begin work, we didn't know they were coming - so all of our stuff was still on the old balcony and the lanai underneath. No complaints from them, they just started moving everything. From start to finish, I could see the quality of their work (I actually have some construction experience). They were polite, respectful, and along with the solid construction, cleaned up after themselves when finished. I didn't pay for the new balcony, so I have no idea of the cost, but I would certainly hire these folks myself if I needed a deck or other such work.
