After the install the company sent me a 4 star warranty stating covered only 5 years. Same thing happened to my neighbor which I gave a referral to the company. After calling the salesman several times leaving messages and several texts he has not responded back. I emailed the company and called them and spoke to customer service which told me someone would contact me. So far nobody responded to texts or calls or emails. Buyer beware. Also in the pamphlet it gives a rating higher than the installed windows on air infiltration. Another scam. Salesman also said the wood is covered if need to be replaced during the install. One window needed the frame replaced as it fell apart when removing the old window. Installer said its not covered and not in the work order. Another lie. Charles also said he would be at the property during the install incase of something needing his authority to fix. He never showed at my house or my neighbors house.

My original appointment was scheduled back in February, but no one showed up, and when I called, I was told the appointment was not even in the system so they had to rescehdule. Then on installation day, the crew arrived with the wrong size and wrong color door, which delayed the installation and caused me to miss work. Communication throughout the process was slow, and I had to repeatedly call and request escalation before receiving consistent updates. Ironically, communication became much quicker when it came time to collect the final payment. While compensation was eventually offered, it felt like the minimum possible amount considering the inconvenience and lost time involved. In the end, the final product turned out well, but the scheduling, communication, and ordering issues made the experience frustrating overall.

They were very accommodating when I called so I was pushed further back on the timeslot till after 3 PM so I could be home for the service. The technician Isaiah arrived and informed me what he was going to do. Afterwards he sent me a detailed report with photographs of my gutter system. For the first time I realize I had been hearing a fair amount of outside noise (which I'd apparently gotten used to), because these windows/doors are soundproof; now I don't hear anything at all from outside! And even better, the windows are easy to open, and my sliding glass doors actually slide well in the track, and are not shaking and drafty when it's windy outside -- major improvements from my old, builder-grade, 20+ year-old windows/sliding door. Further, the service crew was excellent -- careful, kind, professional, efficient, and they cleaned up everything afterwards. Roger, the foreman, has been doing this work for almost 30 years, and Jose, who single-handedly carried in/out the windows/doors, has been doing this work for 10+ years. I didn't get the name of the quiet third service person who was mostly outside and on the ladders, also very efficient. fyi, they did mention that working on the 4th floor of our condos from ladders was a bit more challenging as the original builder-grade windows had been made to fit by being packed/taped in place from the outside, which necessitated them having to actually break some of the glass to be able to pull the old windows out. But they did it - and did it well. Finally, Shaun, the project manager who gave me my estimate and oversaw the project from estimate, HOA approval process, to completion, was great. This was a personal decision that I would suggest against. The place got past many of my red flags,…read moreall except one. I had visited BJ's wholesale club and was shopping. A nice man came and asked about my roof. A great salesman. I agreed to have his company come to my house and look at my roof, for a quote, after he told me many wonderful things that shot down a lot of the standard red flags. 1. They don't use contractors. His words. You should ask. For me this is a good thing. 2. They have been in business for years. Another positive. 3. They use a lot of products I have heard of, including the windows manufacturer they support. 4. They are not the guys coming to my front door after a storm saying, "we are working on a neighbors house and saw your roof... (storm chasers) 5. I looked em up. I was impressed. Now I had already gotten quotes from 4 other companies. But I was hoping that my membership could be a factor, so Here is where it went awry. We set the appointment and there were several email reminders. Then I get a call the day before my scheduled appointment asking to verify that my spouse will be present for the appointment. At no time had anyone asked this prior. Not the person at the wholesale club, not the person I spoke with on the phone working with the wholesale salesman, not the first person who called me the days before to confirm my appointment. It took until the day before for someone asked. I did not know I would have had to schedule that. So they asked to reschedule the appointment. Now I asked why there would need to be the two of us when I am asking a quote. The only response I got was, "it is for our BBB A+ rating" which they have. But the only times I have had to do this from the first 4 quotes was twice and both were because they were storm chasers trying to get the owners to sign a paper giving them the right to work on my behalf with my insurance company. Now let me say the rating above as 3 is because I don't want to harm the "Peak" status, I merely want to share that this is not a place you call to get a quote. They won't schedule you unless all owners are there. If you are shopping around, let me tell you if you want to get quotes find the companies that will come and look without all parties there. Those are the companies that will send an offer and give you time to let it settle in. Don't let anyone tell you because they want to quote the right roof shingle that they need all parties on site. It is because they want you to sign them that same day. I told the original person I needed a quote and in the end had my time wasted by this company.
