My interaction with a PrimeLending employee showed lack of training, no customer service, ignorance regarding her supposed expertise and was one of the most offensive customer service interactions I have ever experienced. If you use this company, be sure the loan officer is aware of the common practices of the trade and doesn't continue to contact the incorrect companies for information they don't have. Rude, offensive, and I can't imagine how a loan could possibly be processed correctly by such an inexperienced and untrained person.

Keith helped me close on my house after another lender dropped the ball…read more I was in the middle of purchasing a home and was using another lender when I received a call that there was a problem with my mortgage application. I am a veteran and was using my benefits to get a VA loan. The loan officer said that after reviewing my tax returns, they could no longer do the loan. I had asked this loan officer to review my tax returns prior to finding a house because I am self employed and I know that sometimes lenders get picky with self employed people. Well long story short, here it was a few weeks before closing and now suddenly there is a problem with how they are calculating my income! Apparently the loan officer either calculated my income incorrectly or did not know his own bank's rules. My accountant had given me Keith's name previously but I didn't call him at first because I had already applied with the other lender. I called him and explained the situation and I am glad I did. He was able to work up an approval based on the same income paperwork I gave the previous bank, he said it was because he has lenders that do not add their own stricter guidelines on top of the VA rules. They just follow the VA rules as they are written. I was also impressed about how he kept me in the loop as to how things were progressing. He was always available and answered all my questions. We were able to get the appraisal transferred from the other lender and all of the paperwork completed quickly. We ended up closing on time. He helped make a stressful situation less stressful. I would recommend Keith to anyone looking for a mortgage. I recommended one of my friends to call him recently.

He guided me through the entire mortgage process and ran through the numbers with me on a lot of houses to let me know the payments and the amount I would need for closing. I know I had a lot of questions and probably was kind of nervous about buying my first house but he was always patient and informative. His calm nature made me feel calmer.
