Come really early as initially we had difficulty finding a parking that would fit our SUV (w/o scratching ours and others' cars!) When we complained and were about to leave, the parking attendant found us a better space that had more room. We came with our toddler (2.5-ish) just for her. I agree with sentiment of some other reviewers that the rides could use an upgrade. If it's first time your kid is riding, I would sit with them on slower rides. At least they had some animals (rabbits, donkey, horses, sheep?, goats, and Llamas). Food is the same that you would expect anywhere in an amusement. Pizzas, burgers, fries, etc. etc. Important note: When going back, you will see "Water Taxi" signs and "Ferry". Do not stand in massive line for Ferry. We waited almost an hour then decided to ditch the line and it didn't take us much time to get a water taxi instead. There were few people and in very short time, enjoyed our ride back. Kudos to the water taxi companies. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Didn't really get any fantastic meals this time, which was disappointing. One slice of cheese pizza was $15 and a 6" sub was $17, and they weren't even that great. As for fun snacks, the $10 Cookiewich ice cream sandwich was delish but once it started melting, it was impossible to eat and the ice cream all fell out. The cookie part is yummy and tastes like it was baked on premises. Tiny Tom Donuts was tasty as usual! As far as games go, they are alright. Didn't get a chance to use our free basketball game coupons because it was really lined up all day long. I guess everyone was trying to use the coupon. Didn't get a chance to check out Splashworks, but when we saw it from the Great Canadian Minebuster, it looked pretty crowded. For 2 coins you grab a car in the pile of cars in the middle and it drops it off on the platform to the side. Then jt gets pushed by the moving platform. When you have enough cars built up it will eventually fall down and you can pick up the fallen cars. Good place to kill some time and have some fun with my kid.

The size of the enclosures actually seems decent. The animals seemed happy. The wolves were playing together in the snow. The polar bears were wrestling. It felt quite special to see those animals thriving in the snow. The zoo has many paved paths and signs. They also give you a paper map when you first enter. Since it was winter make sure to enter the inside facilities to see more. The restrooms were warm and clean! They even had a way to call if a restroom needed service. For three adults it was about $96 CAD. We spent probably two hours there and saw almost everything. Although we went on a weekend, it wasn't very crowded (likely due to the cold). It looks like a very well maintained zoo that's only 15 min drive from Little Portugal, Toronto. It was a fun time!

I went up by myself while my guest waited below. I will say everything is VERY WELL EXPLAINED. You feel extremely safe and are secured by two harnesses. I love how to the tour guides take the time to learn everyone's names. While you're on the edge, the tour guides point out landmarks and explain some history. The guides pose you for individual and group photos. This was very exciting for me, but I wouldn't do it again just because I don't need to. If a friend was paying for my second trip I'd definitely do it though!

It's a good place for kids between 3 - 7 years old to burn off their energy. I wish there was an indoor amusement park like this closer up town in like Richmond Hill or Vaughan. I would still consider coming back again just so my kids can enjoy it again.
