We went in to the post office looking for clarification about installing a mailbox. The front counter man was not helpful and a bit rude. We asked to speak to a supervisor, supervisor Greg appeared and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He solved our problem. Amazon used usps for my delivery. HUGE SCREW UP. Yesterday he marked it undeliverable due to obstruction in driveway or porch. LIE. Today I was waiting on him. I heard him rattling the plastic on my delivery and he drove off. By the time he turned around (we're on a dead end) I was standing by the road waving him down and he drove by me like he didn't see me standing there wearing yellow yelling "hey stop!" This man is lazy as hell. I don't know if it's because he's very very large and it's a struggle for him to get in and out or what it is, but this right here is a main reason why nobody wants to use the postal system. I worked at this post office. The co-workers were nice and I really enjoyed the job. It was the management that made it difficult to work. I don't understand why they would spend so much money and time to train someone and then push them to quit. It was a hostile work environment impossible to enjoy the job. I was never late, never called in, and got along with everyone. Never had a complaint and loved talking to the customers. They do have hard working employees that want to work but they push them so hard and are rude that they quit. It's really sad when you have people that want to work but they make it where I have seen people break down and nobody should have to feel that way. It was very hot one day and we were down people as always. I had already worked 68 1/2 hours the week before. That day I was on 11 hours straight working in the heat. I called management and said I was sick on the side of the road and dizzy. I lost control of the vehicle but I still finished my route and came back to the office. They told me that if I didn't go back out there would be consequences. I told them it wasn't safe for me to be behind the wheel and they didn't care. There are a lot more stories of what these employees are pushed. This office has the highest turnover any where. I did hospice care for veterans for years and have a deep compassion for life, I've always got along with people and have never been treated like the way I was treated here. I guess I'm just sad because I miss the work, the coworkers, and really wanted to stay but not like that. I feel sorry for the workers and the customers. I also hope they start paying people on time. Many people are short on their checks a lot of times including myself. I finally, after having to prove I worked, file a complaint I finally got paid. read more

helpful staff, excellent parking, i shipped and picked up and got delivery all in one trip. Cost was way too much. Bought a $2 part and cost me $20 in shipping and then sent it back and it cost me another $25. So now I have no parts and I'm out $47. But it was convenient and friendly. My husband and I came out to Keller Lane Post Office in Maryville and dropped a package on the inside of the post office mail drop box. Three days later, I discovered that the package has not been sent. I had two business days to get this package in the mail to get my refund. The reason I brought it to the post office is because I didn't have confidence that it would make it to it's destination if I put it in my mailbox. I called the post office numerous times with no answer and no way to leave a voicemail. I tried to contact the site administrator online with no success. It's very frustrating! As I read some of the other reviews. Too agree that I wish I could give it less than one star. My problem is getting my mail picked up. When I moved I to this house in 2017 I had the same issue. They will stop every day but the one day I need them to stop and pick up my mail. They stop all of the time to leave me junk mail. But if you need a bill to go out and get somewhere on time don't put it in the mail box. In 2017 I would watch out the window and watch as the mailman would drive by my mailbox. After a few times of this. I just went down there and finally got to talk to someone. They suggested I try putting up the flag. I said it has been up for two days and he will not stop. Well perhaps since you are new.to that neighborhood. He doesn't know that you live there. Well he drops off bills and junk mail alot. He just doesn't like picking anything up. Maybe he didn't see your flag. He took my name and address and said he would check into it. Now in 2024 I still have the same problem. I have had mail in the box ready for pick up for 2 or 3 days. The flag has been upbut nobody will stop. I guess if I want the mail to go out. I will take it down to the post office myself. It will not be long before they want a raise to do something that is not being done. We the customers will have no option but to pay it. read more

I live in Tucson, AZ and mailed a package to my friend and customer on May 2. It was delivered on May 4, which impressed me with the postal service, since it was sent aground. come to find out my package was delivered to the incorrect address. This is an address that I have sent many packages to with no problem. But, when I called the general number they informed me it was addressed wrong. I was very upset by their implication since the postal worker here in my home office addressed it for me and I showed her the address in my address book. She showed it to me to verify it and the world was good. When I asked them what address it went to the said they could not tell me. The receipt only has the town, state and zip on it. I was given the phone number to the Maryville post office and I called them. The woman I spoke to was very rude and unhelpful. She said they would look for the package in the back and call me back. The next day she called and said it wasn't in the back and the mail carrier said he remembered delivering the package and went to the house he delivered it to but no one answered the door. The woman said there was nothing else I could do and she closed the case. I was furious. I sent a return email to the post office asking why he didn't try at a different time and why couldn't they give me the address so I could follow up with it. It was my package and I should have received a text or email showing me the package and its address. I got a reply back saying they were sorry for the inconvenience and that the case was closed. I went to the post office I mailed it from and spoke to the Post Master. he couldn't understand why the carrier didn't return another time to speak to whomever received the package. He suggested I call them back and ask them to do that. He also told me to fill out the form for the insurance. I told him the person I spoke to said I couldn't fill out the form since I addressed it wrong. He told me that is not true and told me where to go to file the claim for the insurance. I have been calling them every day at different times and no one answers the phone and there is no way to leave a message. I feel so sorry for the people who live in this town. I haven't given up on this yet. After reading all the negative reviews about this post office, I hope that someone higher up in the USPS reads them and does a surprise inspection of it. read more

I have been waiting on a debit card since December from a bank I use that is online only. I've ordered the car twice now and it still has not arrived. It is the 1st of March. So that is two times that the card has been mailed and it just never arrived and this is only mail that I know about who knows what mail is being sent to me but isn't being delivered at all and I never have any notification because I'm not explicitly expecting it I contacted The postmaster at the Keller Lane office and he basically told me that because of shortages of delivery drivers he's about to get divorced just doesn't really help me while I do have sympathy for him. It's very frustrating to learn that I live in an area that has not had a dedicated carrier in over a year and I basically cannot expect to ever have reliable mail service. This is absolutely unacceptable Federal taxes pay for this service and it is imperative not everything can be set up for online statements. Somethings have to be mailed like prescription medication's credit and debit cards. These things are important. read more
