I had a horrible experience with the Notary ROSALIE GONZALEZ. Her video makes her seem so nice,…read morefriendly and family motivated. However, the experience I went through today was unbelievable. She provided a notary service to a family member that she had made an honest mistake with. We were trying to get it corrected with just a simple action and forced to do it within a time window this document was required. Before she was paid for services, she was kind and friendly. However, after trying to get the correction made, she became very defensive and argumentative. She was very unprofessional and asking why I was calling her so I explained the issue to her. She performed an English translation of a foreign document and then Notarized that same document she translated. When the marriage chapel stated it was not legally acceptable because the Notary person, Rosalie Gonzalez can not notarize a document she translated herself, the bride and groom were forced to get it corrected and return on Monday to have their marriage legalized. We asked if she can come to her customers house because another notary was nice enough to go to their house and notarize her translation document. Since Rosalie signed the document, the new Notary needed her ID and signature. Her customers live in San Pedro and it wasn't going to take too long if everyone met in one location. My family were going to have to pay and were willing to pay for the NEW notary service they had to get done. Rosalie stated she was being inconvenienced and that we were condemning her for a mistake she had made. She also had the audacity to tell me that she was doing my family member a favor because she has never translated a Spanish document before. I was in disbelief because It is not a favor if you were paid for your services. It was not free. She told me she wasn't aware that she was not allowed to notarize her own document. My statement was " Well, if you are a professional notary you should know this." She then proceeded to verbally attack me and stated she didn't need to talk to who ever I was, cousin, niece or whatever then just hung up on me. I asked my aunt who recommended her to such an unprofessional and rude person. I called my Notary friend and told him not to bother to provide his services because I was humiliated to make him meet with this woman after she treated me in such a manner. I couldn't even imagine what she would put him through as an innocent person trying to resolve her mistake. Unfortunately, I told my aunt.... Sorry, but you hired this type of person so you have to get it corrected on your own. I got my blood boiled by trying to help them. It's so sad, but not worth it. I decided to provide my duty as a customer and let the public know how she treats people. STAY AWAY from this person's business. She is not as nice as she appears to be in her business video. After, I saw her Insurance business video, I laughed because that was NOT the person I spoke to on the phone.
