Used them before when they were around the seafood city area. Back then they were nice and pleasant to talk to fast forward to 2024 they are rude, condescending and would care less about you. Mind you same employees and same owner just totally different approach and demeanor. And I also heard from my friends who used to go to these people that they have been audited and they refuse to help them. I first used this tax preparation service for my company in 2017. No problems there and everything went well. In 2018 I used them again and I thought there wouldn't be any issues. Fast forward to 2019 and 2020 and all sorts of problems came out. Both the IRS and Franchise Tax board said my company was delinquent in filing and paying the taxes. On our copy of tax returns it shows that Redeemed Tax had electronically filed on our behalf a month before the deadline. We called this company numerous times in 2020 to assist in rectifying this issue. All they kept telling us was to be patient as there was a backlog with the IRS and that our tax returns would be acknowledged. Fast forward to 2021 and we still kept getting notices of late filing and delinquency. This time Redeemed Tax said they couldn't help us anymore and we would have to deal with the IRS ourselves. First off, we paid this company to prepare and file our taxes. Did they really file it? Why is our copy from them showing that it was electronically sent but the IRS insists they never received it. Very poor service and lack of professionalism by this tax preparer. Never again! read more

I think this is my 3rd year filing my taxes at Redeemed Tax? They are the only ones I go to for taxes now! Especially Chey Buhain! She's AMAZING!!! Always a great time at their office and filing my taxes with Chey! I used to hate doing my taxes because I would get almost nothing back, but every since I started going to Redeemed Tax and seeing Chey I've been getting a bigger refund! She's magical!!! Never go to this cpa. Worst cpa in the world. I was audited three time for the same tax year. I called them for help after the third time. They refused to help. They state they can't cuz they didn't do the original tax return. I have proof they signed it. What did I pay them for? They should be reported to irs. I would give a zero rating but I can't. read more

Wow!! 5 stars!?? A few years ago, I had the unfortunate year when I was referred to her, I was told there is this good & reliable "accountant" so we let her do our taxes. After just one year, we received an audit letter from the IRS and within a few weeks, I was face to face with the IRS agent. He told me that my tax return was audited because of obvious red flags and he said "Your accountant doesn't know what she's doing". We had to return our refund plus penalties. Ouch! The following year, we found an EA and let him do our taxes. He charged us the same fee as what Loudette charged us and in case we get audited, he is licensed to represent us and fight for us. I hope those who were fooled to have their taxes done here doesn't get audited because trust me, you will return your refunds plus penalty. read more

I've had Loudette take care of my taxes 3 years in a row now and all her staff members are very nice and professional. Redeemed has always brought me more cash back in my pocket than any of the online tax return services. Now this place gets awfully busy even if it's a full month before the tax deadline so making an appointment is highly recommended. Parking is pretty easy since it is in a large plaza, so far everytime I've been there I had no problems finding a spot. read more
