While it's the cheapest fish on the market, it's also the lowest quality one, often imported from questionable sources. Surprisingly, the lassi was quite bad - sour and diluted, likely made with the wrong yogurt. This should be an easy to fix. We make lassi at home, it's very simple, no rocket science. It is basically noodles that can be mixed with sambol which had a really good coconut/sourish taste to it. The noodles were then put in this daal. We ended the meal with a Chicken Kathu Roti.
