Nice selection of frames. They do not have a lab where if you wanted to use the same frames and replace lenses. She was professional, knowledgeable, and fun to work with. She took extra care to make sure every measurement was precise so my progressive lenses came out perfect. I've had some nightmare experiences with a different optical source that resulted in multiple attempts to get glasses I could read through. After ditching 5 pairs of glasses I finally went to BJ's. Not only did BJ's get it right the first time, I got a great deal on two pairs (regular and sunglasses), and then I received a handwritten thank you card from Marilyn a few days after picking them up. THAT is old fashioned GREAT customer service!!
