Framer didn't score the glass right, one edge wasn't clean. They charged a premium. 5. Didn't offer to fix; when I asked (since I'm paying $73), clerk had to text framer off-site and see IF she would fix it. 6. She would, but won't get to it until after 10/21 (whenever convenient for her). No delivery date. Since it's my diploma in a hostage situation, I had to endure. They messed up, charged a lot, no customer service/regret/communication (didn't call when it was going to take longer the first time), wasn't going to rush to correct a mistake. I called a week after 10/21 and they had no idea when I'll get my framed diploma; like I was bothering them by asking questions. 8 weeks of painful experience.

When I asked the optometrist a money question about my glasses, she said she couldn't answer that, Mitch had to answer that. So when I asked Mitch the same question, he said he couldn't answer that. The other person had to. All I got was the run around, being rushed, no friendliness, and demanding money for a botched job on eyeglasses that they blamed on my dry eye, trying to pass off coupons to fix the problem. What an awful experience. Don't waste your time or money. They don't care about the patients.
