In 20 years in the Air Force Reserve i have visited alot of bases stateside and overseas. One thing that has always been true, the bowling alleys are always busy and the food is always great. Stars and Strikes is no exception. If you are military, spouse, or have access to this place 25 minutes outside St Louis, it does not disappoint. I ordered a pitcher of Michelob Golden Light, which i have only ever had on an Air Force base. Its cold and a light beer with better than Bud Light or Lite flavor. My food was a hot ham and cheese add bacon. My order took about 5 minutes to prepare. The tator tots were really good and plentiful. I did not finish them all. My sandwich was tasty and filling with just the right amount of ham and cheese. I saw pizzas and other sandwiches people were dining on and they all looked great.
