I first met Brian in mid-August, 2013. Our initial appointment went really well and after interviewing two Realtors before him, knew straight away that he was the right one for the listing. He stood out from the rest because instead of telling me what he could do, he asked me what my ideal selling situation would be and what my goals in selling the property were. These guys are the BEST! Brian and his team are not only experts in the real estate market, but experts in the process as well. From start to finish, Brian, Mike and the rest of the gang made it very easy for us to sell our home. They are very low key and easy to talk to. They explain everything from start to finish. I've never authored a Yelp review before, but Brian's hard work and excellent service compelled me to make it happen....When I was looking to sell my Santa Monica condo, a friend suggested I contact Brian - he had sold her condo in a relatively tough market, and she'd been very happy with the outcome. Brian earned my confidence very quickly. As someone else noted, he's an expert not just in the market but also in the process. He gave me excellent advice at every turn, from working with my tenant to prepping the space to managing multiple offers. My condo came with a couple challenges for lenders, and Brian was able to guide buyers and their agents through the hoops so that we ended up with multiple viable offers and ultimately closed on one this past August that set the record for sales in the condo complex.
