We had our kido with us and decided it was still worth taking a look, regardless of the very hateful messages on the front door. Upon entering the owner told us we couldn't come in with our child because the business was, "too small." I literally was too confused to argue much but said something along the lines of, "that doesn't seem very accepting, even though your sign outside makes you seem, like you want to seem, "very accepting." The old house itself, with slanted floors and a narrow staircase is pretty awesome. Mason isn't too far from East Lansing and is definitely worth a side trip if you are big on antiques.
