When I arrived, the employee said the order had been canceled by door dash and put back on the shelf. I showed the employee my receipt that showed the order was completed and my card was charged. She was very rude and refused to allow my to get the items. So I do not have any of the items I paid for. That is theft and poor customer service. Also, the store was disgustingly dirty, but that's kind of expected for Speedway.

You need to use the parking lot exit furthest back towards the highway (with the stop light) if you want to go east to the highway from this station. Otherwise, west or north are your options from the other exits. Like most Kroger Fuel Centers there's a tiny kiosk that has a few convenience store items but not really much.

I've had two really bad customer service experiences here…read more Once I prepaid cash for gas and the attendant got angry and passive aggressive for some reason. I asked if there was something wrong. She said "I handed her the money in a disrespectful way." What? I literally put the money on the counter and that's it. Today I went in and read a sign that masks are mandatory. When I get to the checkout, the cashier isn't wearing a mask or face shield and there is no plexiglass divider. I ask if he has a mask and he says "no I have a doctor's note." He then told me "you're not supposed to ask people if they have mask's, we have protocols." Giving him the benefit of the doubt and assuming he was truthful about the doctor's note, he could still wear a face shield or have a divider between him and the customer. And to suggest I shouldn't ask people to wear a mask indoors is completely against current wisdom.

Recently, I have encountered usual responses from a few UDF staff, however, nothing super serious! Tuesday, I purchase a cappuccino that was exceptionally weak and tasteless! I had noticed spurts of clear water but decided to take a chance anyway! I did mention my concern to the cashier as I exited the store. After several sips, expecting the flavor to eventually come through, I decided to return inside to again make staff aware of the problem! Was told very impolitely by a staff member, who checked machine, that that's just the way it's going to be because there was no problem with the machine. I thought her remarks were rather strange since no fault of my own, I had experienced a problem! As she closed the machine, insisting it was ok... I decided to 'top off' my cup, in hopes the adjustment would correct my problem, perhaps! As I walked up to the cashier, expecting some apology for the inconvenience, a cashier named Krishner, chimed in to inform me that I owed .99 because I had refilled my cup! I was so stunned I was actually speechless! I had added less than 2 ozs. to the cup! She repeated herself several times, by this time causing other patrons in the store to view me as a potential 'troublemaker'! Again, I was stunned that 2 staff members would go to such a length to make a spectacle of the situation! The staff person who checked the machine, derogatorily, stated that I wouldn't have to pay this time but if it happened again... I would be charge! It was as if I were to be considered a criminal! I am an 80 year old retired educator who has no need of a free cup of coffee at UDF's expense nor do I deserve a cashier to 'scold' me publicly for 2 ozs of cappuccino! What is our world coming to? I guess I should be banned from frequenting a store outside of my supposedly neighborhood! My heart breaks for such uncaring young people who pride themselves for feeling 10 feet tall when in actuality they have chosen to stoop very low! At on time, UDF was known for its friendly customer service!

Hot dog buns? Sure. Hookah pipe? Yep. Bag of hard to find snacks? Check. Their selection seems random but is very appreciated when you're in a bind for a certain item. It is also connected to a Dunkin Donuts in case you're craving some donuts. But the very best part of magic gas station is their craft beer selection. They have one of the best selections around, including a giant walk-in cooler. Whenever I am searching for a particular beer they seem to have it. Big thumbs up to whoever decides what to order! Also, they have gas.
