I called regarding an urgent medication refill that my doctor had already authorized, and instead of being treated with basic respect or compassion, I was met with rudeness, arrogance, and hostility. Dina was argumentative and dismissive, speaking to me as if he were the prescribing doctor instead of a pharmacist. When I calmly tried to explain my situation, he became even more unprofessional -- raising his voice, refusing to listen, and ultimately hanging up on me. I was left in tears and had to call back just to speak with the store manager because of how badly he handled the situation. No one seeking help -- especially with something as serious as a prescribed medication -- should ever be treated this way. The lack of empathy and professionalism was shocking. Walgreens needs to seriously reevaluate who they have representing them behind that counter.

The lady copied it, did something with her computer and said it would be at least 20-30 minutes and asked if I wanted to schedule it or wait there. I chose to wait there as it was just easier. After approximately 30 minutes I walked back inside to see that the pharmacist who helped me made eye contact with me and walked to the back where her coworker was. She then had her coworker tell me that they only had ten of the SIXTY tablets that was for my prescription. Are you kidding me? You couldn't have checked before telling me that I had to wait THIRTY MINUTES??? Every other time I have had this filled at other locations they have checked to see if they actually had the amount needed. This lady was extremely lazy and was obviously trying to avoid me with how she knew her effort and behavior was going to affect my day. Very unprofessional.

Their prices were more reasonable than CVS's which are on the high to exorbitant side. I'm seriously considering transferring all my prescriptions to this Walgreen store. Although the girl working at the cashier was super nice I proceeded to go to my car and open up the…read moreproduct that I had purchased which was expired and tasted horrible so I went back inside to replace it with the same item that was not expired the manager kept me there for about 15 minutes having to make sure that I actually purchased this item in the store because I was not given a receipt it was a digital receipt and I'm a Walgreens reward member and the email has not came through therefore I was stuck sitting there for 15 minutes while the manager couldn't have just exchanged the expired product for a product that was not expired. I thought for $1.99 I should just leave and forget about it but the fact that I had to waste 15 minutes of my time finding out whether I legitimately purchased it at that store I waited there to get my money back. Maybe they will look at their items more closely to make sure they're not expired before selling them to people hopefully I don't get sick from the expired food.

At this point it would have been rude of me to open the box and check after they were both assuring me I had plenty of envelopes. Once I got home I found I had less than half the number of envelopes I should have had. That's right, less than half. When I spoke to the manager he was extremely rude and didn't care. He told me if it was important to me to have enough envelopes then I should have checked myself. He didn't seem to think his employees should do their job and actually fulfill an order accurately. He didn't care about wasting a costumer's time to have to come back to the store to pick up more envelopes because his employees made a mistake. He egged me on to file a complaint with corporate and kept shoving his name tag in my face. He walked away from me telling me he didn't care. This guy's name was Tim. Then there was another woman working there at the front counter who was mocking me. This is the kind of people they employee there. I filed a complaint with corporate and they promised the General Manager, Mark, would call me back in two days to address my experience there. I never heard back. As General Manager he is hiring people that can't do their job, that are rude, don't value customer service and he himself doesn't care about following up on a bad experience in his store. This is the last time I will shop at Walgreens. This company really needs to teach employees how to do their jobs and to be nice to their costumers.

I had just come from yet another Walmart pickup up the street to again find they didnt have lights left. I walked right in to the seasonal aisle and bam, they actually had a selection of lights! They seemed decent and there was a really good sale going on if you joined their free rewards program. The staff at the registers were really nice and walked me through registration and benefits. The store seemed well organized and clean! I walked away with a great deal on some LED outdoor lights that will hopefully at least last the season!

Complaint: racist remarks…read more Overheard one of the two cashiers after having an argument over a coupon with a man say after he left "it's just these foreign men have no respect for American woman and imagine how they treat their own women" "they are just always so rude". This is blatantly stereotyping and a micro aggression not to mention plenty of people of all backgrounds get upset over coupon rules and what is and isn't a coupon. It is just upsetting to stereotype when lots of people have done this. I hope this store learns to stop saying such things behind people's backs.
