It looks great and there are no issues! I had vinyl plank installed through most of the home and carpet in the bedroom. I also had new 4" baseboards installed. The work and the results were excellent! They stuck to their timeline and budget. When they found an issue with one of my toilet flanges they brought it to my attention and we agreed on a repair for a modest additional charge. The final work was reviewed by the owner on his walk through. He found a few things for his team to address and they took care of it. I've had a lot of compliments on the new flooring. The prices were good too. The price was similar to (a bit less than) a national chain competitor, but Walk On Me's bid included the new baseboards throughout vs. the competition only wanting to put quarter-round down with the vinyl plank. I got a much better deal here.

Which is crazy because the unit was kept empty, specifically for service that day, and I had cash in hand to pay him. Walking away on the day of left me in a stressful position having to find a replacement last minute. I would not recommend - go with someone reliable who is not going to change their mind on a whim cause they're having a bad day. EDIT to their response: I never claimed they were overpriced, their prices are average, maybe just slightly on the higher end cause I ended up paying $80 less with the other company I hired. Also, the Ozone treatment was always scheduled for Sunday because as discussed with the owner, the unit needed to be empty for 24 hours so people and pets had to be relocated which needed planning ahead. Last but not least, the claims that I requested wall cleaning or mattress service added last minute are just not true. In fact it was the owner that suggested the mattress had pee stains but I had already ordered a new mattress days before, so why would I want to pay to clean the old one. Makes no sense.

However after googling and looking at Yelp reviews for several steam companies this company kept coming up at the top at the list. The prices are fair and reasonable and transparent. I was also very impressed with the ethical side of this company I ordered some things that weren't necessary. Bryan talked me out of them when he could have just done with it and made some extra money. Bryan told me they weren't necessary. There are probably cheaper prices out there but you could pay cheaper and have it done twice or you can pay a little extra and get it done once. I prefer to have things done right the first time in the results in the photos posted below speak for themselves. The hours are pretty flexible and I recommend calling ahead of time just to make sure he can access your neighborhood because he does pull a trailer so it's best if you're in a townhouse or a townhome to coordinate with your neighbors but because of his quick professional service it won't be blocked up for long. I think he outdid himself on my grout cleaning and did a better job than he thought he would do. It looks brand new. You did a great job! Anyways pay for quality, get it done professionally, go with this company and have your house smelling fresh. Like I said you get what you pay for. I prefer quality work.
