My husband hired this company based on how soon they could come out. The person who came out to clean was there for a whole hour and 15 minutes. The next day we went to the house to check the carpets and the carpets were slightly crunchy if that makes sense and there was still a stain where the bed outline was nothing crazy just everyday wear which should be able to be cleaned. My husband reached out to the owner to let him know about them being crunchy and the stain from everyday wear next to where the bed was still there. Immediately the owner responded by defending himself and his work then moved on to blaming us using past carpet cleaners and finally offered to come back out saying the stain in the outline where the bed was just wouldn't come out. We left it at that and didn't bother responding because we realized we made a huge mistake going with this company! We ended up hiring a reputable carpet cleaning company and our carpets are as soft as when we first bought the house, oh and the stain where our bed was is now completely gone! So I would definitely not recommend this company! read more

The best carpet cleaning I have had. I tried Zero in the past and they nickel and dimed me for everything. Winners Circle/Noah's was great. Very quick and efficient. He removed stains and odors from the puppy and made my carpet look nearly ne. Prices are very competitive and a local company as well. I fully support the small business owners in my community. I'm not very familiar with steam cleaning. In fact steam cleaning is about the last on my list for bachelor living. However after googling and looking at Yelp reviews for several steam companies this company kept coming up at the top at the list. The prices are fair and reasonable and transparent. I was also very impressed with the ethical side of this company I ordered some things that weren't necessary. Bryan talked me out of them when he could have just done with it and made some extra money. Bryan told me they weren't necessary. There are probably cheaper prices out there but you could pay cheaper and have it done twice or you can pay a little extra and get it done once. I prefer to have things done right the first time in the results in the photos posted below speak for themselves. The hours are pretty flexible and I recommend calling ahead of time just to make sure he can access your neighborhood because he does pull a trailer so it's best if you're in a townhouse or a townhome to coordinate with your neighbors but because of his quick professional service it won't be blocked up for long. I think he outdid himself on my grout cleaning and did a better job than he thought he would do. It looks brand new. You did a great job! Anyways pay for quality, get it done professionally, go with this company and have your house smelling fresh. Like I said you get what you pay for. I prefer quality work. Easy to schedule online, he showed up on time, price was dead on the estimate, and the tile is clean. He did about 1500 sq/ft of tile in about 2 hrs, all tile, I can't speak to their carpet cleaning. House smells fresh but not perfumey or chemically. There was no upsell just some advice on what works best for when I clean the tile myself. read more

I cannot even rate their service because the guy on the phone was not even willing to give me a price. I have no rooms carpeted, but about 300 to 400 square feet of carpet in the hallway and stairs. The guy twice said they price per room. I said, well, how big is a room. I don't have rooms carpeted, so just call it a room or two. The guy seemed to not be able to comprehend how to price it, so he said "I don't think that we are going to be the right fit for you." Uh... OK. Pretty lame. We had our tile cleaned after moving in. It was super easy using Yelp to get a quote and make the appointment. On the day of our appointment the owner showed up on time. Not only that, I had overestimated the square footage so it didn't cost as much! I would say that never happens, but it did! Less than the quoted price! But it was also a good value. Arrived with no mask on and I asked him to put one on and he said he forgot it at home. I brought him a brand new one to use and he rolled his eyes and was clearly annoyed to be wearing one ....he then proceeded to say "are you sure you want me here? I can go home" He also wore the mask incorrectly the whole time under his nose. If you are going into peoples houses in a pandemic you should have the knowledge and courtesy to be wearing a mask. We had one bedroom and 3 rugs cleaned today. The service it's self was fine. But I will say I was pretty disappointed with how he spoke with my husband. He arrived at our home without a mask on. When my husband asked him to put on a mask due to Covid. He was visibly annoyed (rolled his eyes) and had an attitude with him for asking that if he's going to enter our home he needs to mask up. He then made excuses as to how he runs sweaty and hot when masked up. My husband said he understood but we have a 6 year old and he'd prefer him masked up. The owner is lucky I wasn't home because I would've told him we no longer needed his services due to not having respect for others and putting on a mask. There is a pandemic going on currently, not sure if he's aware... It's called Covid. We will never use him again or recommend them due to not having respect and horrible customer service. The minute the owner walked in he was negative. He complained at the size of one long narrow room and I told him to look at the size of my L-shaped Lr/Dr which has a vey tiny eating area. My guest BR is very small too. He complained of having to move a bed and tried to pull it. I told him you are not supposed to pull on wood furniture but push it. I had planned to move it myself anyway. He complained of the cost of doing business while he was onsite. He has sent me three emails since he was here 17 days ago to give him a review. I replied saying I could not give him a positive review. But...since he keeps asking I am giving him this review now. The carpet looked fine when he left as it was wet. I later took a photo of the room before I moved the furniture back in and he agreed in an email that he could see the walk ways. He had an excuse for it. He asked what I wanted him to do about it. My reply was "You are the professional!". I have not heard back except to beg for a review. So here it is!!!! A picture is worth a thousand words!!! I called AZ Carpet and Tile Steamers for a tile and grout cleaning. Once Bryan arrived he was clearly very knowledgeable and experienced. He gave me instructions on how to accurately clean my tile to help maintain my tile/grout looking new. Once he started cleaning the tile the dirt from the grout just listed right off (very satisfying to watch). He also cleaned an area rug that took almost no time to clean. My carpets look great! My senior dog got really sick and my carpets looked like a war zone, despite my best attempts to spot clean. They look much better than even before the dog got sick, and smells way better. I'd gotten a "quote" in person from another company prior and they quoted $700 (?!) for maybe 500-600sq ft of carpet. When I told them no way, they tried to wheel and deal, but no deal. I found Noah's and they list all of their pricing on their site and there was no sneaky upsell when he showed up to clean my carpet. Brian, the owner, came to give us a quote to clean and color seal our tile and grout. After inspecting the floor and discovering poor tile installation and what had been done to the grout in the past he said it would not be possible to color seal ours. He could have cleaned the floor, but said the grout might come out unevenly clean. Very honest. We decided to do nothing and he was fine with that.
