We picked out a carpet sample (pretty large) and Wiley let us take it home. We were pretty sure we had the right color until we got it home. Was so glad Wiley had us take it. The carpet we chose is beautiful. We had our bedroom carpet installed on the 2 of Jan. The bedroom is pretty large so it was going to be two installers. David ended up coming alone. He did such a fantastic job. He had it done in one day and an hour or so the following day. Eventually we will have the other two bedrooms done. We will definitely use them again. I WOULD NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM. Every seam in the house shows! And why would you cut the carpet so there are two seams in the hallway a foot apart? Both seams show; looks shoddy. There is no customer service; they do NOT stand by their work, as my phone calls went unanswered and the owner never responded to the letter I wrote to him. This company changed hands from the well respected previous owner who had a good reputation, but with work like they did at my house, I don't know how they can stay in business. Buyer beware! Hired them to do my carpets which looked nasty, first cleaning since I moved-in. The truck arrived within the 30 minute scheduled appointment window, the crew took about five minutes to set-up. First came the pre-treat, then the steam clean. They were gone in 20 minutes. Overall I was very satisfied with the job and the crew. I actually really dislike carpet since I have dust allergies. Red Mountain will be my first choice for a company to get a price on removing the carpet and replacing it with something like tile or wood. That'll be my next review. Until then, I am very pleased with the service and value I received. $75 for my entire park model RV. It took about 12 hours to totally dry. The store in Apache Junction is who to call to schedule carpet cleaning, the other one is for flooring sales. read more

We had every square inch of 1600 sq. ft. of 15-year-old flooring replaced with porcelain tile. Our experience with Red Mountain was excellent. The original quote was very detailed on what would be done and what could potentially result in a cost increase. There were no "surprises" even when some of the baseboards couldn't be salvaged. They did a great job of style and color matching on the replacements... the transition is invisible. Their services included moving furniture and appliances and replacing them. The actual installer of the new tile was, indeed, a master craftsman. We couldn't be happier with the finished product. read more

I have used this cleaning service before and was very satisfied, so that is why I called them to clean my bedroom carpet. Wrong move on my part. My condo bedroom was empty of all furniture and had wear patterns on carpet. Red Mountain's lone cleaner showed up at 9:40 and measured the large bedroom and gave my a price, at 9:55 I left him to unload his stuff and start the job while I went for a cup of coffee, when asked, he said "that it would take him about 40 min." I returned at 10:20 and he had all of his equipment stowed away in his truck and was sitting in his truck waiting for me. The bedroom carpet, seriously, looked like it had been vacuumed, only, the same wear patterns were "still there, matted together". When I told the worker, I really wasn't satisfied with the job, he just shrugged, "well, wear patterns are hard to get out". Well, I just have to think, if you want a clean carpet, call someone else! read more

We had Brandon our to do our carpets in three of our rooms a couple of weeks ago. The first time around the machine wasn't working quite right, but there was still a noticeable difference in our carpets! When I called a week later to see if we could get the carpets re-cleaned Brandon came out again and totally went above and beyond to re-clean the carpets! He is the nicest guy and was so awesome! Very Disappointed. The phone staff was friendly and the tech showed up on time. I was told 4-6 hours for the carpet to dry. It took over 10 hours to dry and when it did, it had a crusty feel to it. No follow up call from the staff, a sin in the service business. read more
