Although this has a Saginaw address, it is really located in Bridgeport on Dixie Hwy. I can't speak to the office experience but I can tell you about the quality of the care that my father received this year and also in 2024. He was here for rehab service both times. The staff here was very attentive to anything my father or my family requested. Ironically, he was in the same private room each time with a view of the parking lot on the side of the building. The physical therapy worked with my father to regain his mobility after surgery and his hospital stay. They were professional and they had the same mission as our family to have my father return to his home. Mission accomplished! He was discharged with continued physical rehab to continue in the comfort of his home. Thank you to the staff at Avista Nursing & Rehab.

Often the available staff members know very little about your loved ones condition, it's impossible to talk to a doctor and the nurses change so much that they don't usually know much. They are quite nice though and that's good. The facility is old and dirty. The floor in my sister's room was never cleaned in the three weeks she was there. Bloody, dirty linens were left sitting around in a pile for three days until a family member said something. The worst thing was that they took almost 4 full days to sign off on her passing, exceeding the 48 hour time limit and holding up the process of moving forward with her remains. This is ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE! If you can go elsewhere, DO!
