Er hat sich sehr bemüht unseren Ansprüchen an die Wohnung gerecht zu werden, obwohl das nicht ganz leicht war. Wir waren sehr unschlüssig, was genau wir wollen. Von Doorman-Building bis zu den schönen Backstein-Häusern im West Village war alles dabei - immer mit dem Blick für das, was uns gefallen könnte. My boyfriend and I were relocating from Germany and had little knowledge of the rental scene in New York. Leon did a fantastic job showing us a variety of options. Most of them were exactly what we had asked for in terms of location, bedrooms, rent, etc. He took us all over Manhattan for about 3 days. He genuinely wanted to find the right place for us and would always ask for promotions and extras at the apartments to ensure we got the best deal. My younger sister was in the market for an apartment during the summer....She is much younger then me and unfortunately not as street smart. My sister happened to call upon Masonic Realty to see a few apartments....BIG MISTAKE! The owner of the firm of whom she told me is named Leon was rude and tried fast talking her into an apartment before it was gone and she had to make a decision that day or she would loose out. If that wasn't enough he started asking weather or not she had a boyfriend ??? He went on to tell her about polyamory, open love and other groups in NYC that he thought she should get affiliated with in order to meet new people. My sister was not going to do anything about this occurrence but after the story she relayed to me at dinner the other night, I thought people should know. People put alot of trust in a real estate broker and its a shame that she ran into this guy. Is this guy running a real estate firm or a dating service????? read more
