Yesterday was Saturday, I called on Friday to see when I could get an appointment to get my Porsche detailed. Spoke to Elsa Mason she got me in on Saturday morning. I was in awe when I picked up my car about 2 pm it looked like a brand new car inside and out. So glad I came to Masons auto detailing. They are both the nicest friendliest people I've ever met I can't say enough about them they are the best. After Xmas I'll be bringing the wife's car here. Elsa is also a realtor and owns a beauty salon next door. Seriously I would trust these people with anything they are kind considerate caring people I get very good vibes from them both. I highly recommend them. I called 1 other place a month or so ago they quoted me triple what Masons charged me. The price was great the result was phenomenal. You won't be disappointed. My girlfriend took her car in to get the windows tinted, 3 weeks later and bubbles began to appear due to trapped lint from poor application. All 7 windows have bubble issues, including the driver door window having a very loose and exposed top (will probably expand very fast). Called and brought the car back in to Mason's to have it checked out, owner did not take much time to inspect the windows nor did he want to repair the tint on all 7 windows. His wife lied and explained that bubbles were normal even 3 weeks after installation. After getting secondary expert opinions, we called back for a refund. The lady was very reluctant to give refund, wanted to have the car brought in and the tints removed. Poor customer service and poor quality job. Will not be getting a refund as we do not trust them to uninstall the tint properly. Horrible first experience and will not be returning again. For 350 dollars this was not worth it. read more

First off, this is the first Yelp review I've ever left, but this is a local family run business I've had nothing but good experiences with. I've only ever had a fully professionally detailed car by a car dealership when I first bought it. I've always cleaned mine myself, as I drive for Lyft and Uber. Absolute amazing quality to detail, including all the flip-up seats in all 3 rows. I've never seen my ride so clean. The gal working in this place seemed nice enough, but the guy was a total dick. I was going to get a quote to have the windows tinted on a car I bought a week ago, but took my elderly mom with me. She was in desperate need of a restroom. The gal said they didn't have a public restroom. Obviously, they have a 'private' restroom. We explained it was an emergency, and the guy working there takes a huge attitude and says to use the restroom in the park which was a block and a half away and not accessible since a pay only wine event was going on. What a tool. Then he says "the toilet doesn't work." Weird since the gal said they have a bathroom, but not public. God forbid you're having them work on your car and you have to go. By far the worst customer service and attitude that I have run into on all of the Central Coast. Needless to say, I didn't ask for a quote. Based on other reviews, the attitude seems to be standard operating procedure. In response to your lengthy response a year and a half later, there was no kind version. I stand by my review if your attitude and poor personal relations skills. BTW, I am going to complain on Yelp when someone is such a tool as to make me feel like others should not be subjected to your moth breathing stupidity. Further, you can see that I don't just complain on Yelp. I give tremendous praise for businesses and people that deserve props and want others to know about a great experience. Unfortunately you demonstrated no regard for a potential customer and hopefully people looking for tint or detailing will catch wind of your attitude before they engage in business with you. read more

I made an appointment which got rescheduled. Then they had someone else in front of me. I showed up on time and they weren't there. The customer service was impersonal and downright rude. They made me feel awful! The man owner didn't even speak to me. He raced around and acted like I was inconveniencing them. They did a crappy job detailing my car. The stains on the seats and carpet were still there. When I got home I washed the floor mats and they were still filthy.They told me things they could do and then made me feel stupid when I asked about them and said they didn't do them. Not very good customer service and communication skill. Too much attitude giving toward a customer when they just try to ask some simple question. Also, they did a terrible tinted job for the two rear windows on my car. They didn't trimmed films on the edge of the window right. When I row down the window there is a big extra piece of tinted film sticking out of the window. I was going to bring the car back to have them fix but I wouldn't want to deal with the attitude they give me so I took my car to another place to get it fix right. Sorry that I have to write a bad review but they should take their work more serious. read more

I have yet to use them for their detail services, but their quality of work is the best for window tinting. And what makes it better, is that they are competitively priced.
