I brought my BMW 540i in to have my windshield fully replaced, and I must say, they did a great job. The replacement was great quality, they calibrated my rain sensing wipers and front collision warning system. Unfortunately, this is where things started to go wrong. I picked up my car and drove it home normally, only to realize a few days later that there were huge curved scratches following the pattern of the wiper blades. Technically, they did not cause this, but I spoke to another windshield technician who informed me that when you have a cracked windshield, it is strongly recommended that you also replace your wiper blades. The reason being, they can pick up shards of glass from your cracked windshield, and as soon as the wipers turn on, they will permanently ruin your new windshield. I just think that as a company who primarily does glass work, they should be able to inform you or at least recommend to get new wiper blades when they see a cracked windshield. Unfortunately, this cannot be repaired and the only option is to buy a new $800 windshield. I have had other work done by them, and it is usually a good quality as well as good customer service. Let this be a warning to anyone replacing a cracked windshield before they ruin their new one.

I was in awe when I picked up my car about 2 pm it looked like a brand new car inside and out. So glad I came to Masons auto detailing. They are both the nicest friendliest people I've ever met I can't say enough about them they are the best. After Xmas I'll be bringing the wife's car here. Nope, received a call back within a hour or so. Super friendly and willing to make the drive to Paso Robles to tint my 2 vehicles, 2017 Ford Fusion and 2024 Toyota Tacoma. I was sent 2 email quotes giving options of the quality of tint I wanted to go with, The prices quoted were very fair and using quality materials. I accepted the quotes and was given a call back to confirm the appointment. After which I received an email confirming the previous. The day before the appointment I received reminder email and text messages. Day of the appointment I received a text with an ETA of arrival. They were on time and ready to start work.
