Rodolfo did a fantastic job cleaning my solar panels. He even installed bird guards to keep the pigeons from nesting and pooping on my roof. Adding a bobble head owl to the top of the roof was perfect. He is so nice, does a great job and is reasonably priced. He also does other handyman jobs. You name it and he can do it. I was initially quoted $100 for an interior-only cleaning, but was then charged an additional $25 for hair. To be clear, this wasn't excessive--just a few normal strands. If any visible hair results in an upcharge, it would be more transparent to simply build that into the base price. Communication was underwhelming. I was notified about a delay only 30 minutes before the appointment, and they still arrived later than the revised time without clear updates. That said, the cleaning itself was decent, and they were able to fit me in the next day after I called, which I appreciated. **Update:** The owner later claimed the charge was for pet hair, but I don't have any pets. At that point, I chose not to pursue it further. He also mentioned removing a few stains as a courtesy, though I had already tipped $35 and provided beverages. **TL;DR:** Decent cleaning quality, but poor communication and questionable upcharges. read more

Rodolfo and his assistant did a spectacular job with my very dirty 1984 VW Westfalia. It looks like new, especially the white roof, which was dirty and even moldy from living in the wet northwest. They even cleaned the inside of the windows even though I was paying them for an outside wash only. They were meticulous! I cannot stay enough positive things about Rodolfo Flores and his business. First of all, when i met him to look at my car one of the first things that i noticed was his kindness. During his work i noticed his positive work ethic and professionalism. When he was finished i noticed the quality of his work. My car was not just "dirty" it was a dumpster fire. I live on a ranch and had been hauling hay in it for years. Eventually rodents started to make themselves comfortable. Without "outing" myself too hard, this was an enormous job. Rodolfo looked at my car and admitted it would be a lot of work. He offered me a fair price without judgement and cheerfully said "somebody has to do it" fully understanding the situation i was in. He showed up and worked ALL DAY. The transformation was unbelievable. Underneath all the clutter, hay and rodent mess emerged my leather seats like new. All the grime was removed from my dash. He had a lot of work to do in the back by the spare tire but he got it done. I was very impressed. He definitely exceeded my expectations. My car looked like showroom new (except for a few spots of old damage not his fault) when he was finished. One thing that really stuck out to me while he worked was the care and attention to detail he gave my whip. He treated it like it was a Ferrari and needed to be perfect. He not only cared about my car but i also felt like he cared about me as well. Transforming my car changed my life. He defiantly put some good energy into his work. I didnt realize how disgusting it made me feel rolling around in my car until Rodolfo cleaned it up for me. He definitely understood the assignment and knew that my dignity was on the line. He not only detailed my car but he helped me open a new chapter in my life. He never once judged me for how much of a disaster my car was. He never complained about how massive the job was. Instead, when many others would have gotten snippy and frustrated he maintained his positive attitude which helped me more than i can say. And it was HOT that day. There are others out there that will clean your car and detail it well, but no one does it with the care and attention to detail that Rodolfo does. When he could have stopped and called it a day (knowing my car lives on a ranch) he went the extra mile to make my car feel special and beautiful again. It feels like new. He worked very hard to make it smell good again and since he detailed it on that hot day, he has inspired me to take everything out each day and keep it clean. That is not just good service, that is doing gods work. I will forever be grateful to Rodolfo Flores for helping me that day and with such a positive attitude. It was inspiring to witness. He runs a very good business. Very professional. If you already have a detailed for your car, please consider calling Rodolfo because he is the best.
