My brother-in-law has been going here for years and always has good haircuts, and so does another friend of mine. Frosch's was highly recommended to me by both of them. Well, my haircut sucked. One side was good, the top of the other side suddenly got a lot shorter, then longer again, like a trench. On the side it had a bunch of points, I would call it jagged. Just totally uneven. I had to get a friend, who does not cut hair, to fix it for me to make it look decent. My friend mentioned that my head is a little bumpy and maybe that's why it was bad, but my old barbershop never had a problem. I would be giving one star but I honestly believe it was a fluke. I heard great things from non-internet sources and saw the work myself over the years. Unfortunately, 0/1 is 0% and I'm not going to take any more chances. If you are considering going here for the first time, I think it's worth a shot.

Even my beard (which I normally don't let anyone touch. barbers fuck it up) but my clippers at 1500 miles away. The only "downside" is he only accepts cash, but the atm on site is $2 So it is actually cheaper to use his ATM than at the gas station. 10/10 easily the best haircut I've ever had. no bullshit hot towels or shitty neck rubs. flat $ 25, in and out. loved it.

I was asked is, "Is mom with y'all?"Mind I am an 18 year old adult, so I found this kind of disrespectful. I was then told to put my name back in and get all the way to the back of the line again and wait for at least an hour. Then another stylist said, "Don't leave this time." Which was a completely disrespectful and rude joke. They gave me terrible service, lied straight to my face, and disrespected me. The vibe was also very snarky and rude.
