Then I arrive at 3:30 and the lady at the desk tells me that he might have time to look at them right away which I was over the moon excited about so I said sure! After checking out my ears and taking a look at my hearing aid, alex was able to diagnose and fix the problem right away. He even had all the parts available to fix my hearing aid!! when you rely on hearing aids every day and don't have them it is super stressful. Two years, many hearing aid adjustments, and one appointment where I had a full break down about their lack of empathy and assistance (no Dr. Darrow in sight).. they still treated me like I was unimportant. Thousands of dollars for hearing devices they seem to have no interest in making work for me. And then they *mixed up* the dates of the appointment made to cancel my hearing aid contract .
