When I arrived…read moreone of the items (an aerosol spray) had clearly exploded and the contents inside had leaked out. The representative attending me tested it out and nothing was coming out of the spray, because it was empty. The manager of the store saw this and spoke to him in Spanish, saying "eso esta bueno" (translation: thats good). I'm a native/ fluent Spanish speaker, so I understood what he said. Still, another representative said the spray was trash. The manager told him, "don't say that". He then pulled him aside and I could over hear him saying that they shouldn't say things like that in front of customers. So in other words, the manager was hoping I would have walked out with the spray, to then find out that it wasn't good but not be able to return it because he could say I used it. My advice: make sure you double check your items before you walk out the store. They might try to give you something that doesn't even work.

I gave her my phone number for the warranty. When I got back later to bring my old battery she did not find me in the system. She blamed the system but in fact she put the wrong number. A giant man comes and find me in a different number but he deny my money for the old battery jus because I told the lady that she put in the wrong number. They pushed me out of the store without giving me my money even though they find me in the system. just because her feeling was hurt when I told her that she put a wrong number. This people act like thugs in the street. They do not care about costumers that they spend their money there. I will ask everybody to avoid going there for anything.

One time I needed a new battery. I didn't know how I could get the batteries in and out of the store. I went in to ask for a dolly to move the old battery. That little Asian girl just went right outside and picked it up like nothing, brought it into the store and said "thank you very much", and with a smile too! Always been a good experience in this store. Convenient location; the parking can be a little tight at times, but manageable.

I had a hit and run…read moreon my Porsche cayenne while it was parked over night and also was vandalize prior to the hit and run date with some scratches on my hood and driver side fender. after a call my insurance company geico to take care of the damages I brought my car to Napole's Auto Body recommended by my car dealership. a week later I pick my car and I could not believed how my car looked, it was brand new just like when i bought it 7 years ago. after they to care the damage and painted what needed to on my Porsche they buff and detail my entire car at no extra charge. now that is what i call excellent customer service. I thank Porfirio the owner of the shop and is staff for the excellent work done to my car.

Decided to try coming to Walmart to have it done for $400 less on a recommendation. I picked out my tires online (easy process in the app), scheduled an install appointment within a week, and drove over from Milton to get my tires done. Omar at the front desk was incredibly friendly, and I hopped out for dinner and to go to the library while the guys worked. Anthony and Mathew did a GREAT job, and were clearly incredibly competent in addition to being personable (and hilarious). The tires drove like a dream for the 50-mile trek back home. This location isn't the closest for me, but the team is so great that I will DEFINITELY be back next time I need something done!

I purchased my tires from Walmart auto center. i recently got a…read moreflat and returned to have it repaired. online it says open at 7am, it was 8 am when i arrived. the man behind the desk said they were not open, and he could not help with my tire. then he proceeded to tell me he was alone and could only take care of his "appointments". the last time i received service at this location, i was told it was first come first serve, and they could not take appointments. when asked if i could make an appointment, he said no and sent me on my way. never again will i give my business to Walmart.
