Had my car towed by Earlys.They didn't have keys and just hooked a J hook under car and wrenches it on flat bed.In the process bent drive shaft and other parts under car called many times to try to work on a solution only to get the run around and no call back.Feel bad for anyone who has car towed from this place. These are the guys who give towing company's a bad name. Had to give a star to post review otherwise would give the a -10 rating. Will say one thing. I would not recommend that company even if it were the last towing company in the world.

When my Xterra was totalled they were called and everyone was helpful and courteous. I also have my vehicles inspected there as well .

i've never added a review before but this place is so absolutely terrible i had to. Guy who did my state inspection was in a rush for no reason even though no other cars were in sight. Completely incompetent. One of their guys was sent through AAA to us. We put in a request at 10:30. Since my card had 100 miles of free towing and my boyfriend only had 5- we asked if we could change it to avoid the $160 charge when the driver showed up an hour later. The guy told us to cancel it and put in the request again then TOOK OFF! After 1am another truck finally comes. The driver said it literally would have taken the first truck driver a minute to switch the numbers and help us out. But nope! He left us in a broken down car with a new puppy in the middle of February in the freezing cold. How's that for being an awesome human being?? Needless to say- customer service is a little lacking. read more

I drove up and down Park ave to find a place for an inspection sticker. Thankfully they had a sign by the road because there shop is tucked away. The inspection was quick maybe 5 or 6 min. I failed the inspection and the man explained to me why and also told me how to fix it by myself to save money or where I could go to fix it. He was very nice. I will deffinitally come back for my other 2 cars. read more

Unfortunately, earlier today we had to get our car towed after it broke down in Webster, MA. After a horribly frustrating experience with AAA (they were less than helpful and took over 3 hours to dispatch us a tow), we were beyond grateful for the efficient, courteous service Early's provided. Mark, in particular, was exceptional to work with. He arrived within 30 minutes and was happy to take us over 65 miles back to our local dealership. Unfortunately, my car was towed, which is never a fun situation! The Worcester PD told me that my car was at Early's, and by this time it was past 11pm. Well, the men at Early's could not have been nicer or more helpful. Very professional and speedy service, plus my car was in tip top shape once I took it home. Let me start by saying this was the WORST experience of my life. I was stuck during the winter storm and attempted to call Earlys after seeing them on google. When calling in the dispatcher stated "we cant help you" and hung up in my face but when my husband called they were more than willing to help, so they clearly HATE women. When the driver arrived to assist us with towing our vehicle he stated he did not "feel" like he should have to tow us in this weather told us to call the police and left us stranded on the interstate, and if the police could not help us to call him after lunch. Glad to know a burger and fires is more important then people in need of help during harsh weather. read more

Dealt with these guys years ago. Terrible Experience! Gave a $300 deposit and signed a Motor Vehicle Purchase Agreement with them. When I went to pick up the truck, it was gone. They sold it out from under me! Even with a signed contract! Went to take legal action but seeing the truck was in the new "owners" possession, it was going to be a long drawn out battle. Last week my father's truck broke down with all of his windows stuck down. We called many places for an hour trying to find a quick and reasonably priced tow. Early's was exactly that. If there was an option to rate a place with negative stars I would certainty have used it. This place is a disgrace. Not only was the tow truck extremely late, the place refused to answer my calls or questions about when it was arriving, the tow truck driver had no idea what he was doing or how to work the straps, he was also very rude to me the whole time, and he then tried to charge me $100 more then the cost of the tow. When I went to complain the man I got ahold of blew me off. They clearly do not care at all about their customers or their jobs. I will never call Early's for a tow ever again. You best believe I won't send any of my friends there either. I wouldn't send my worst enemy there. read more

Iv been coming to Earlys for years now for all my automotive needs. I have bought a number of vehicles from them and have always came back for service and inspections. The Early family has been around for a long time and are always professional and respectful. Any issues with my vehicles they have found solutions for me that have saved me alot of money as compared to other shops. The WORST Experience EVER!!! My son was in an accident with my car, it was towed by the WPD, within 1/2 of it being towed Police told me they were open 24 hrs (website even says 24 hr), I can go get the car. I had a tow driver with me to go get it and they were not open. I proceeded to call a dozen times on the "24" hour line and NO ONE could be bothered to return my calls. Come monday morning, still not answering my calls, so I called from a blocked number and they answered. They charged me for 2 days of storage fees, and the tow when they would not allow me to retrieve the vehicle the day before!!! I will make it my mission to make sure i post this review EVERYWHERE I can. read more

Why can I pick lower than one star. It all started on a snowy night I got doing accident my car got towed there. Before they could even fix it I had been waiting five days for them to start fixing it. When I went to pick up the car for one the price was outrageous for two I drove it for two days and a very very loud grinding sound was coming from the car so I went and got it looked at by someone else obviously. Turns out there MechAnic forgot to put two bolts in my caliper mechanic of the garage the one to to get it looked at after they "" fixed it said when he took off my tire the whole rotor brake assembly everything basically fell off so they did a real shit job. Went down there today and said listen I'm either getting a full refund or I will see you in small claims court they said that they would call back today by the end of the day it's 505 now they have not called back so tomorrow I'm going down to the Worcester courthouse and filing a small claims report. if at all completely avoid these fucking crap heads. Also I think it's pretty stupid that I had to download this app just to let you know to avoid these people. read more
