Linders could not perform a simple transmission cooler line replacement correctly. After the second attempt, I lost all transmission fluid on the highway. After the third attempt, Transmission was never the same after that. I had to total the car. 20 year old Buick 100K miles. Linders pretended everything was fine through the whole process. Overall, I had a great experience buying a car from Linder's. Absolutely no pressure whatsoever from a sales person. You walk around and look at the cars and if you want to take one for a ride you go and find the sales rep. As compared to the horrible experience I had with a large dealership the day before, where I pulled up and parked my car and five hungry salesmen were on top of me before I could even turn the car off I bought a 2017 Lincoln MKC a few months ago from Linder's and I'm still pretty happy about it. Solid car, super low mileage, super clean with absolutely no issues. It had just come off a three year lease. It appears that that many of the cars they have on their lot come from the auto auction, where they are apparently pretty selective. These cars are coming off a three or four year lease are in great condition. I'm very happy I went to Linder's and will be back for my next car! read more

This was probably the worst customer service I've ever had at a dealer ship. I walked in about half hour after they opened in the morning and I was waiting to be attended. Multiple people saw me and didn't greet me or even attempt to guide me in the right direction. I had to find someone and ask. Finally I spoke with a sales man and his entire demeanor seemed really careless. Mark didn't ask me any questions at all. Waited for me to ask what I wanted and he just said ok. He made me feel like I was bothering him. Clearly had no interest in making money. I test drove a vehicle and I was planning on trading my vehicle. He took a quick look at my vehicle and completely under quoted my car. That's when I knew ha has no intentions of selling me a vehicle. I left. I will never come here again nor will I ever recommend anyone to come here again. Purchased a used roof rack with crossbars for an SUV from Linder's. When package arrived a small part was missing and a few parts were damaged. I called my salesman and let him know. He was able to find another part to replace the one that was missing part and mailed it to me. We also worked out a credit for the damaged parts. My dear friend was helping me to look for another vehicle because the 2008 Ford Taurus I had (well, it was in my husbands name and I wasn't on the registration) so when the registration ran out I was going to be screwed. However, my awesome, dear friend found Linder's, he actually has known people who bought cars there and saw ads about them. So we went online and saw a really cool 2017 Jeep Renegade for sale, it only had 30,00 miles on it. We went and worked with this really nice man named Tom, who helped up with a loan set up and we were approved! The people that work there are incredible nice and extremely helpful. I bought my 2005 Saab 9-3 from Linder's back in 2008. The way this dealership does business is unlike any other car dealer. The sales team doesn't attack you like vultures like many other dealerships do. It's so laid back. They let me test drive cars without even asking for my info ( to put me into their sales leads). I was also allowed to bring the car home for the night before I bought it to give it a thorough test drive. Since the dealership isn't all fancy they don't have to pad their cars with extra profit to cover overhead costs. They make it very easy doing it all from financing to registering the car. You won't find better deals on nice, late model cars than this place. I highly suggest making to drive to see for yourself. read more

I have bought a couple cars in my years - and embarking on my first Massachusetts purchase was not without trepidation. I heard from a few friends about Linders - that many folks who purchase their vehicles here never go anywhere else afterwards - and that for some families - it's a legacy loyalty. Generations upon generations returning for the haggle free, stress free, pleasant experience. And I have to say - I have never in my life had such an incredibly pleasant purchasing experience. When we went to the lot - I was impressed at the variety and quality of the vehicles. I had my heart set on a truck - all of which were conveniently grouped on the right hand side of the lot. Being able to look at a variety of truck makes and sizes right next to one another made comparison incredibly easy - and when it was time for a test drive, I had my ID at the ready. We met Tommy in sales, hanging near the building and allowing customers to approach him when they were ready. This I love. I can't tell you how overwhelming so many of the dealerships I have been to are by immediately pouncing on you the second you enter the lot. This is not that type of sales experience. The vehicles are priced amazingly well and priced to sell. There is no haggling, no markups for sales, and the APR's are single set and straight forward. We test drive a few trucks - Tommy patiently allowing us to take our time and ask questions but allowing us to go on our test drives alone. What a refreshing thing - TRUST!!! It really set the tone from there. They gave me a more than fair price for my trade in, and between the day we drove the truck to the next day finalizing the paperwork, I legitimately spent no more than two hours in total and every minute was laughing, happy, haggle free. I can confidently commit that I will never buy another vehicle anywhere else as long as I live in New England - and I will send anyone and everyone looking for a vehicle to Linders. I recently purchased a used Acura ILX from Ron S. at Linders, and I was incredibly pleased with the entire experience. This is the 4th vehicle I've owned and by far, from the initial test drive to driving the car off the lot, this experience was the easiest, most seamless car buying experience I've ever had. Ron was attentive but not overbearing. He let me peruse the inventory on my own but answered questions when I had them. He was sensitive and receptive to my budget and requirements and helped me narrow down my choice to a Nissan Altima and an Acura ILX. I test drove both and decided on the Acura. Ron had me out the door in 30 minutes with all the necessary paperwork filled out and helped me get the best interest rate possible (which in this case, involved a co-signor). This took place on the weekend and I was able to pick the car up and drive it off the lot at 9 am on the very next business day. They took care of registering the car, sending in/verifying the financing, putting the plates on, and detailing it. Linders is great. They are friendly and courteous, have great inventory, and cars are priced to sell. There's no nonsense or haggling, and they remove a lot of the anxiety and frustration that can accompany buying a new car and getting it on the road. My mom and I purchased a car at Linder's about 13 years ago It was a Chevy Aveo 2005 low mileage Great price and our Sales Representative was outstanding his name was Dave. Our experience at Linder's was so wonderful we told toms of friends and family about looking into the place if they were ever interested in purchasing a car in the near future however my opinion has completely changed since my most recent experience on Monday 2/19. My mom and I came in and ask if we could speak to someone about a 2014 Dodge MiniVan It was a Silver one and had 41,427 miles on it I remember exactly. There was an older gentleman that was sitting in the office and he immediately came out to greet us and asked if we were interested in anything in specific and we stated yes. The gentleman then proceeded to ask if we would like to take it for a test drive so we figured why not. When we returned a young man by the name of Greg I believe approached us asking if we were interested in this car and we replied yes. We began to explain that we had come in looking for a totally different vehicle and instead found something even better. As we were explaining the situation to him he seemed totally uninterested and stated so you wanna go inside so we can run some numbers so we replied ok. He said let me park the Van and I'll be right back so he proceeded to get into the van and parked it in a very rude manner. When we entered his office he asked a few common questions and my mom gave him her license and Social Security number and he immediately looked into it. He stated that my moms credit score was extremely low and there was nothing he can do for us. I was a bit confused as I understood what he meant but he just seemed uninterested all around since the very beginning. It's unfortunate because even though I didn't get the car I wanted I still think the place is a great place but unfortunately that young man is rude and useless in helping a customer and definitely doesn't know how to Value a customer especially one who has purchased a vehicle from Linder's in the past. Not very happy. But on the bright side of things I found the car of my dreams for a great price and had a Sales Representative that was AMAZING!!
